This is ridiculous, I went to t-mobile to change my screen protector and all the employees were just sitting down together not even asking for what I need when I came in. After that one came to help me and gave me an attitude while fixing my phone in front of me, when she “fixed” my screen protector it was worse than before. This was not just a waste of my time but also a waste of $60 I spend. Thank you t-mobile for your excellent service

The worse customer service ! They need a new manager this people don’t help no one and when they do they have an attitude and make you feel uncomfortable to the point you want to leave to Verizon next to them. Don’t go there to shop. Zero stars

I’ve been with T-Mobile for business for over a year and everything was going great until my internet starts to go bad, everything takes forever to load. I’ve spoken to countless technical support personnels and after every call, by a day or two back to the internet issue. June of this year my bill started going up and up and every month before my bill I have to call to have the issue fixed, every month and all I keep getting is free lines and more free lines

The most useless and rude staff imaginable. Come in because I had a question about my wifi hotspot. The two who assisted me were extremely dismissive and constantly smirking when I tried to explain my issue. The issue I am have is with my hotspot disconnecting and I want to switch to using my Blackvue dashcams built-in wifi. More than that they were not able to help me with my issue the dismissive attitude and smirking everytime I tried to explain something made sure that I will never come back to this location and switch to another carrier asap.

Just came out of the t mobile store on Delancey st and I couldn’t have had a worse experience. I dealt with a small person with a big ego name joel. He was sarcastic, rude and unwilling to help within his ability. He was more focused on texting and talking co workers. All I went into the store for was to do a simple exchange and it turned into 15mins of him saying he can’t help. Thankfully a female manager stepped in and assisted me but not before me never wanting to walk into this establishment ever again. I’ll never spend my money here n will surely tell all my friends don’t come here.

Need to make sure that they handle people who have a disability correctly. They do not have a means to change anything. Since their not able to change what deals with what bill that is normally enforced when ever the company starts to enforce it (lets say you purchase your phone May 7th, 2023 & them you receive a bill in the mail for $170 on May 14th, 2023 which you are told you must pay once a month. Then you are told that you on April 1st, 2023 you will receive a bill that day every month.) HOW IS THAT FAIR? THE MONTH OF SERVICE HASN'T EVEN GONE BY!

if i could do negative stars i would. this whole location needs a new staff new management everything. these people dont want to work there and have no intent on being helpful but instead just hustling people for money. do yourself a favor and do what you need to do through carrier online chat or over the phone this people will try to rip you off.

Very bad customer service. I called here to ask for an assistance who helped us when we were there because he told us to call the next day to complete our process but a girl who picked up the call just rudely hung up on me saying “No” when i didn’t even finish my question.

The most incompetent company I’ve ever experienced in my life. Getting a new phone could be worse than doing your taxes….
