Went to withdraw money and h the teller my and debit card. She still wanted to verify more information and asked me 5 security questions I answered and she still refused do the withdrawal. Verification is just another way for them to discriminate against who they think doesn't look like they belong there and I'm fed up with the discrimination. I know it is because I went to another branch a few. Locks away and was given the money with just my debit card and I'd. Yes I cursed everyone in the branch out. Yest I threw 5hings. Yesterday I closed the managers laptop shut. And i.will do it and make a scene each and eberytime I go to the bank and have to deal with this discrimination. If I don't stand for other injustices I'm not going to let someone s be prejudice towards me when I've followed the rules. I don't care if it's a he she they old young.

Why offer appointment slots if you're not going to honor them? Also, pretty rude staff. I recommend the other Midtown location on 7th Ave & 31st — had a MUCH better experience there the other day

If I could give a 0 star, I would. Horrible service, unfortunately my employer uses this bank. I went to cash my check issued from PNC, I was given a hard time, in addition they charge for cadhing their own checks, in the end did not cash my check. It was a nightmare, the teller put transaction numbers on the back of my check and no one would cash my check, not only that, but other PNC banks would not write "cancelled" next to the transaction that was never processed....what a garbage bank.

Do not bank with PNC Bank. They do not care about it's customers. I cannot stress this enough. If I would have taken the time to research this bank prior to committing to it through a guardianship account, I would have saved myself a lot of tears and poor customer service.I have a court ordered account through PNC Bank to assist my father, an Air Force Veteran with dementia with his assets. Every month I must go into the bank to make a monthly transfer and every time there is an associate who does not know how to complete the transfer or does not know how to assist me. I try to patiently explain how the account works and every time it takes an hour for calls to be made and associates to be trained on how to assist me. Yesterday I was flat out told to come back tomorrow to try again. Please keep in mind this is simply transferring funds from one account to another. On December 23rd, the funds to his account were completely shut off by PNC Bank. I was informed on Christmas Eve, the earliest that I could call that PNC received information from the court about placing a hold on my account. I contacted the court and they immediately got back to me stating that they did not send any paperwork or make any changes to my account. (Yes, I couldn't believe someone got back to me on Christmas Eve). PNC told me no one could help me until Tuesday the 26th. I spent the 26th through the 30th on the phone for hours to resolve the matter only to be found that PNC lied and said that they received paperwork from the court, and they never did so we spent the holiday weekend with zero access to money.I have cried, begged, emailed executives, and literally no one cares. The one person that helped me, Jessica Samuels, has unfortunately left the company. Do yourself a favor and find a bank that cares, listens, and values your time.

No lines but they make you sign up for an appointment with a series of pointless texts and make you wait for seemingly no reason. I've never experienced an inconvenience like this at any PNC branch.

I don’t event write reviews, but this bank was so horrible that I had to. They told me I had to get approved for an appointment to register to open a business bank account. 3 weeks later I’m still struggling to get on the phone with the woman who does the business bank accounts. Everytime I call they take my number and say she will call me back. I have called 5 times.

Stay away from this bank !!! moved overseas for business reasons , demanded to change my address and phone number , wire money from my account to my account then the nightmare started , spend hours on phone , sending and signing forms , Despite multiple identity check , they literally block me from wiring my money or changing my adresse !!! When I escalated to a manager it was even more difficult ? A nightmare to deal with but , the only positive things , is that they did all this none sense with a lot of apologies , feels better ! Will have to take a flight ticket to NY in order to close my account. OMG !!!!

Someone opened an account with my credentials and I have been trying for a month to get someone to help me to close the fraudulent account. No one has done anything to help. The only people who answer me is through Twitter. Phone support and email have both failed.
