Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza with extra cheese. Pizza looks and tastes great. Only issue was that it sort of comes undone as you pick it up, I believe it's because the dough is sort of thin. Hopefully they're able to fix it up. ?PD: I have included pictures below. They drop in a few cheesesticks too.

My order was ready in 15 minutes as promised. The staff was friendly. But, it seems it's not that hard to out-pizza the hut. Got the Big Dinner Box with pan style Backyard BBQ Chicken pizza, Hawaiian Luau, breadsticks, and spicy garlic boneless wings. Wings and breadsticks were edible, not great. The pizzas were incredibly inedible. They were doughy and bland. In a blind taste-test (done in my imagination) diners preferred DiGiorno to Pizza Hut.Save your money.

If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible customer service! They said my pizza was delivered and it never came. I had to call 4 times to get a refund. That store needs to be shut down!

this place is GHETTO.Ratchet unprofessional trash. This is after multiple times of giving them excuses — "maybe it's an off night."It takes anywhere from 7-10 minutes to get spoken to by anyone at the door every single time. All the workers are always blazed out of their minds. Like fine have your fun and be blazed, but at least get my order right.My order is always wrong. ALWAYS. Every. Single. Time. I either have to wait for a new order or go back and get it fixed. It never fails though, it happens every time.This last time they got my order wrong. I walked back and they locked the doors at 11:00pm when the giant sign in front says 2:00am.I was so happy a Hut opened up so close to me, but it's truly just trash. Woof.

This place opened a year ago but today was my 3rd time ordering. You know, I don’t understand how I can order a pizza, pay for extra cheese but never get the extra cheese. It’s amazing! Not only was there no extra cheese on today’s order, but there was barely any cheese. I don’t get it. The boneless wings have always tasted really good on the other hand. I cannot say that I will never order again from here because I use to really like Pizza Hut but it will be a while. They need to make some changes. I’m noticing that they have a serious PIZZA CRUST problem where there is an outrageous crust to pizza ratio

I was very upset because the personnel were not well prepared to help me on my order. One employee was right in front of me, and she ignored me, and then somebody came with attitude. That place is awful. I can't recommend that place to anybody.

Ordered a medium 1 topping through the app. When I arrived, I was greeted with attitude from some chick for no apparent reason. Then when I showed them my order there was a chubby guy working the register who clearly had no ideal what he was doing because he had to keep asking the guy making the pizza's, questions. Only 1 person in there knew what he was doing tall slim dude. Chill attitude. You can tell he had the most experience. Unfortunately the workers weren't wearing name tags, so no shout outs. The pizza? The bottom was pretty much raw. The pizza only looked cooked because the cheese was melted n what not. But it was not edible. Unfortunately I noticed when I was already home. Mind you the place is over 20 blocks away from home so I just through it away. What a waste of money. Your better off just buying the mini pizza. They can hopefully make that. 1 and done. Just buy a slice of authentic NY pizza.

Ordered on the website for delivery at 2pm. Pizza arrived shortly after, but the SECOND the delivery driver got to my building (they deliver through DoorDash apparently) he sent me the message through the app that if I didn’t go find him in 5 minutes, he would abandon my order because he was having trouble finding me. My building entrance is very clearly marked, and I put instructions to buzz my apartment and my phone number in the delivery instructions. Had to run to grab my food before the driver left with it without even attempting to enter the building.When I finally got my pizza, it was completely inedible. I’m not super picky about pizza, as I like all crusts, pretty much all toppings, and will pretty much eat anything. But the dinner box I ordered was absolutely gross. The cheese pizza had a layer of cheese as thick as my thumb on top, with no sauce. Because the cheese was so thick, it was super undercooked and chunky. The bbq chicken pizza had no cheese on it (their menu says it comes with cheese), so all the toppings had slid off into the box. I ordered traditional bbq wings and received boneless buffalo wings that were burnt.I called customer service, who were very nice but said they had to put in a report and that the individual store would call me. I received a super rude phone call an hour later from the actual store I received my order from, where the employee was telling me it was my fault for ordering extra sauce, and that it was “impossible” for the other pizza to be undercooked. She said she could offer me my $45 as a store credit or send another pizza. I said I probably would go elsewhere for pizza from here on out and asked for a refund, and was then handed to a manager.While speaking to the manager, she had an excuse for literally everything. Blamed on the delivery driver, blamed on me, blamed on the “style” of their pizza. I asked for a refund (as the website states they will give you if you are unsatisfied) and was told multiple times it wasn’t an option. Both employees were extremely rude and had a attitude when talking to me, when I made SURE to be as kind and understanding as possible, since I am in good service myself and have dealt with plenty of Karens. I even apologized for having to bring this to their attention, and said I knew it wasn’t their fault directly.I ended up calling the main customer service hotline again and they said they would transfer the incident to upper management, so we will see if I get my refund. Threw the entire order away due to it being inedible, so I sure hope so.
