I bought in April 2022 in this store to give a piece of jewelry to my mother. I asked her repeatedly if it was possible to make exchanges in Chile, the country where I live, and she told me that it could be exchanged anywhere in the world. Arriving in Chile, she took me The bad news is that it is not possible to make changes!!! and the bracelet is not my mother's size... I find it unusual.

SUPER rude girl in front with glasses and straight black hair. I politely asked her a simple question about a return and she acted like I insulted her. Very condescending tone tried to make me seem stupid as if i asked her multiple times the same question. I only asked one question and got the rudest response. Pandora manager of this store needs to oversee these employees because A hispanic lady asked her a question right after and she was bubbly and nice. Seems like her and everyone else at the store greet and politely speak to only people that look like them and not everyone else.

My boyfriend and I decided to start a charm bracelet for me so we ordered what we wanted ahead of time to pick up, we waited the full 4 hours we were told it would take and once we got in, not only were we ignored by the staff while they helped people who came in after us, the order wasn’t even ready to be picked up. Thankfully we weren’t attended to by the person who was ignoring us because she was treating other customers as well as her co-workers incredibly disrespectfully. We instead have a lovely woman help us and she got the charm we wanted from the display as it was the last of its kind left, not only did the rude employee mock our order because it was only one bracelet and one charm, she asked the woman helping us why she was “destroying” the display. Again, thankfully we did not have to deal with her one on one, but even being in her presence left a major tarnish on my view of the store and brand. Please have your employees do better, she was mocking customers to their face for not knowing exactly what they want, if it weren’t for the woman who helped us instead, I’d give one star.

Went to the store for an exchange and was being attended by Divya. She provided a size which fitted better. She then tried to sell us some charms which we declined. After declining her mood became sour and had negative expression. She then returned us the wrong size.

As most of the reviews i agree the service was not good, i visited a few days ago and i got the "rolling eyes" from the MANAGER, i was just asking how long it will be the wait time (and i asked in a very nice way) but she rooled her eyes and sigh....?
