Thank you so much Justina & Tessa for helping me with my engagement ring debacle. My boyfriend (now fiancé) got sold a size 5 ring at a Pandora store in Miami Beach this weekend even after he deliberately asked for a 4.5, proposed to me, and found out the ring was too big.We went back to the store the next morning and was told that the ring was “close enough to a size 4.5, and that they actually did not carry size 4.5 in that ring and that store.” I was so frustrated because I wasn’t able to wear my ring after my proposal, got brushed off and had to look frantically for which stores had the ring in the right size in stock when I came home to New York today.I went to the times square location after work today, was told there was a waitlist before I could even talk to someone and that it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting for 30 minutes , I checked in and they said it would be another 25. I waited again and got told it was another 25 at least. I got fed up, called 3 other pandora locations in Manhattan but the only one that picked up was this location! Tessa immediately offered to help me check for the stock, put my ring on hold while I commuted downtown and helped me right as I got to the store 20 minutes later after calling.Justina & Tessa warmly welcomed me into the store, heard out my nightmare of a process with the other Pandora stores the last 72 hours and was INCREDIBLE. From helping me with my size exchange to showing me additional rings to pair with my new engagement ring, I left the store feeling supported, excited & with a set of cubic zirconia rings for my sister and I at a Valentine’s Day discount Tessa reminded me about when I told her I was interested in additional rings.Overall 5/5 service, cleanliness, organization and efficiency. Thank you so much for having the time to pick up the phone even on a busy day and for having time to help me. I will be a loyal pandora customer going forward and tell everyone about the SHOCKINGLY great prices available for lab grown diamond rings. 2 ct white gold rings for only $3600 is actually crazy!!Thank you again!!

You know, if Pandora wants people to wait on a line to get into their store, maybe they should put up a sign indicating that. Nobody is a mind reader. If they haven't been to your store before, they probably won't know about the "line"

Let me say first that Janiya D. was great. She quickly greeted me with a smile and asked what she can do for me. I was just there to exchange a purchase and she handled it exactly well. I didn’t have my receipt and she was able to quickly look it up with my email. She explained to me about the jewelry sizing and exchanged my purchase with no questions asked. (I really hate when they ask me why I want to return or exchange purchases). During the whole time, Janiya was pleasant and never stopped smiling. I loved her customer service. Every business should have a person like her work and dealing with their customers. I will definitely be going back there real soon.

Just left the Oculus location. This is the worst Pandora store I’ve ever been in when you walk in you’re not greeted then totally ignored by sales people not even helping customers just standing around pretending to be busy. Why have so many employees if they are not willing to help the customers.

I love Pandora and have been a customer for years, but I went to the store inside the Oculus to buy charms on Black Friday and found the attendant who helped me rude. I asked to see a charm and she told me that she would only show it to me if I was going to buy it and she was always asking which charms I wanted to see in a hurry.

this store has a nice selection of charms, the majority are the more common charms one may find online. actually came in in search of a NYC specific or something special for my wife. came in on Saturday early evening. not a lot of customers, I was surprised to see women. who came in well after me get immediate customer service, a couple who were obviously looking but not buying, . continued to look around and notice each employee sort of surreptitiously watching to see what if anything I was doing. after about 45 minutes someone asked if they could assist me, and I was surprised to get a "we are not a tourist attraction, there is nothing New York specific here" (there were a couple I was interested in anyway and wanted, but I was pretty much told by her posture and attitude that my business was not necessary to them. I bought one of the items I has seen, paid cash easily, and left. as I was leaving one of the employees was clearly saying" I thought we were about to get robbed"my wife really liked the one I was able to purchase for her. I do not recommend this store as a point of purchase. I get the Impression the employees are happy to draw a paycheck, do not want to do a lot, and know very little about the store inventory

Janiya greeted us when we first walked in. she was attentive to our needs, very patience and detail oriented. She is a great look for the Pandora brand as a representative. Will be visiting again.

I came here looking for a simple yet a little sparkle silver earring, and got a crown one (I'll upload pics once I get a good one) - very cute and affordable for good quality earrings!Shopping experience: I had a very helpful worker (didn't ask for her name) but she was very friendly, making recommendations, and small talk when I was selecting my earrings!Def going to go back here to buy more when I am in the area again!

Helpful staff who give you great suggestions. My associate told me about a sale the day after and suggested i come back then to get the discount. I really appreciated her caring attitude, I'll be back to buy more! P.S. cute gift bags

Im NEVER coming back to this location ever again!! The racism me and my sister had to endure at the kiosk by the employee melany was quite disturbing and very uncalled for! I had not purchased nothing!! This worker should be fired for her nasty attitude!!! pandora do better
