Grant, the store manager, and his team - especially Jared - are spectacular for a few reasons: 1) their knowledge of the brand’s and products’ orgin/ideation was fascinating and made the selection process for gifts that much more meaningful - a huge lift to the overall shopping experience, 2) the customer service was 5 star - whether looking for different sizes, making suggestions, packing my items so carefully to bring on the plane easily but still ensuring I had all the gift wrap and boxes I needed, etc. and 3) the remote service - some of the items didn’t fit my husband and, not only dis Grant give me his personal mobile #, but he went through multiple steps to find sizes from other stores, promptly answered my (too many?) texts along the way and ensured an easy and trackable exchange through the mail. Entering this small but abundantly stocked, visually delightful, and cheerful store in SOHO on a December afternoon resulted in 45 minutes of joy followed by a level of service that exceeded my expectations!
