Used them last year for a job and had a terrible experience. They did the job, but went back on promises and charged us for things they promised not to. Figured we'd try again this year, and lo and behold....repeat baby! Maxx Mail promised to redeliver a small amount of undelivered packages free of charge, but when it came to it they reneged. Do business with them, but do not trust anything they tell you!

The Service was top notch. Had a huge mailing for our client at the gallery with a set deadline for the catalogues and invitations. Met with the office managers and discussed logistics. They were upfront with the delivery timelines and what the cost would be. Everything went well and the client was happy and grateful. I believe they also work with numerous galleries and auction houses as well. Matt in particular was very helpful and informative, providing several options and cost saving ideas.

Pay is not good. They put an ad on the newspaper for a job. You call and they tell you that they not hiring.

Unprofessional and provided terrible service for the nonprofit I work at. I hired them to process our flats (~700-800/pieces day) but they had major issues with billing and overall customer service. There were always discrepancies and no real backup to prove the discrepancies so I always had to reconcile before paying them, but the billing system was confusing. They did try to work something out with us initially but the system they proposed did not make sense. They also wanted an $18K monthly deposit which was way over what we would have ever spent per month. Overall did not trust this company (and should have heeded all warning from other friends). Ultimately being yelled at over the phone because they wouldn't be able to pick up their check until the next morning was not professional.
