Earl May was excellent. Patient, precise, kind, and knew everything I asked him. He helped me compare my old policy to the one I bought from him. I saved a great deal of money. I would advise anyone to go to Marc Tedaldi's office and speak with Mr. Earl May. Mr. Tedaldi was very helpful when I asked him a question. Great people.

We recently purchased Home Insurance for our CoOp from Earl. I had also contacted various other insurance companies, many online and had lower rates, but State Farm offers more extra coverage ( such as all blood relatives are also covered for liability), that others charge for them.He was also very responsive and provided us with many quotes to help us optimize the cost that allowed us to buy the insurance for a good price.Thank you Earl and I highly recommend him.

Marc has been the best agent for me since I started a rental policy with him about 10 years ago. He's provided good counsel, and I now have my car and home policy with him too. He answers any and all my questions within a few minutes or a maximum one business day. He has been more than an insurance agent, he's been a wise and active supportive fiduciary in so many ways, even and maybe especially when I'm filling a claim. Over the years, he's saved me a ton on insurance and always has fair pricing.I happily introduce him to others and he's done great work for them too.State Farm's system for billing and readjusting can be a bit disorienting honestly, but if you stay on top of your emails and mail, you'll catch when they make an adjustment that issues you a debit or a credit.I hope I never need to switch!

Overall, a very pleasant experience and we appreciate how they are a quick phone call (or walk) away whenever we have questions. I spoke with Marc Tedaldi today who was excellent! I was trying to find renters insurance quotes online but was having trouble on State Farm’s site, so I exited out and the next day to my surprise, Marc from State Farm gave me a call to see if I needed additional help. He was able to customize a policy for my roommates and my needs at a much lower rate than other large insurance competitors. It was some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time and I know I am good hands now with my policy. Thanks so much!
