I went to the Spring Store to ask for a solution as after using this purse for two months, and using it only on the weekends, the “leather” looks old and grey on the inside and on the top of the purse. The manager was on the phone and without finishing his call he said he can not do nothing about it. I do not think this is the way to treat a costumer after expending $400 dollars in his store. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy anything here. Terrible quality and after sales customer care

I got the monogram lazy runner yesterday in purple ,my favorite color . The costumer service was excellent, sweet and professional. Can’t wait to go back and buy more .

I wish I could give Marc Jacobs no stars. Marc Jacobs has collaborated with another fashion designer with the use of fur. I called to voice my opinion that Mark Jacobs should announce a for free policy and stop abusing animals. As soon as I said fur free, the person who answered the phone hung up on me. What terrible customer service and what a disgusting attitude to have about compassion toward animals. Nobody should support this company.

The BEST Marc Jacobs store in NY hands down, and a HUGE part of that is due to it’s EMPLOYEES!!!!!! Whom were Jenna, Zain, Gracie and Akeema. I went to the store on 5/8 to make a purchase. When I say ALL, I mean ALL of their employees made me feel so good I felt as if I knew them forever!!!!!! Because of THEM I referred a friend to that location specifically and will be returning myself to purchase 4 more bags. They also have certain items others stores or the website do not carry!!! Out of 5 stars I give them 10!!! THEY are the standard for customer service.

Eli who claimed to be the supervisor was no help in getting me help . march Jacob bad policy of exchange for equal or greater value makes no sense if they don’t have what you actually need . Bought my wife a bag- first mistake was getting it here decorum was closing the wrong color which no stores had except King of Prussia mall 100 miles out side of the city. Even though the first line of the policy states return within 30 days ELI RUDELY STATED well that’s what I was told when I was hired. I could have or should have bought my bag from Nordstrom or Bloomingdale’s who obviously know how to help and take care of customers. Sad that they have this representation of the brand working at the store.Maybe the trick is just stay away from the brand as a whole

I felt so compelled to write a review!! The people working at this particular store were so COOL, welcoming and sweet!!! I literally had to tell them how cool they looked!! You definitely will not be greeted w hostility like some of designer stores!!

Staff is bad. Not helping at all. They judge on so many things, just that they are in Soho, doesnt have to be rude with customers. They dont help customers.
