I don’t know why, but they can’t seem to ship my prescription to my house. I keep calling and giving the same information. This must be the 6th phone call I’ve made. Would not recommend.

My doctor recommended this pharmacy due to the availability of medications and ease of delivery to your door. My doctor didn’t give any info on the procedure or even the number to the pharmacy; but luckily the entire team at Manhattan Apothecary was informative, helpful, & NICE. I was hesitant to click any links - which were all safe and just helped to provide as much up-to-date information as possible. The staff was understanding and explained each link they sent me, and what exactly it was for. I asked a million questions & they answered them all with ease & kindness. They made certain I didn’t have out of pocket expenses. The delivery was fast and seamless. Living in a building in NYC, deliveries of any kind are always a risk; but my medications were brought straight to my door. The ones that need to be refrigerated came in a cooler. Everything was excellent! I’ll never use another pharmacy again.

Thank you for the swift and smooth service. Insurance applied, prescription arrived without skipping a beat.*A minor note, please adjust the algorithm for your auto-text messaging service. It seems that I was receiving DOUBLE the messages without need (on top of double reminders to answer messages) I confirmed today that it was indeed sending twice when I was asked to review Manhattan Apothecary within minutes of the first text. Thanks again!

Prescription was filled and delivered as promised. Co-pay was very reasonable in comparison to what our local pharmacies wanted for a co-pay. Pharmacy kept us up-to-date of delivery time… package was delivered right to our door! We will continue to do business Apotheco Pharmacy Manhattan Appthecary. Excellent experience!
