“This place is great! My go to location for shipping. It offers the convenience of having all the major shippers, including USPS, under one roof for both domestic and international package shipments. A wide range of packing supplies also available for purchase.
What's even better is that the staff there are pleasant, patient, helpful and efficient. Can't beat that!”

We were mailing my husband’s green card paperwork and specifically went to this UPS location because my husband had him in the past and knew we would be in good hands. “This review is a shout-out to Clemy, who went well above and beyond for me during what was a busy time in the store. I had trouble with some packing issues, and she was kind enough to locate an extra box they had in the store that did just the trick. Without her assistance, I would have been standing there in line, looking lost, without a solution. Unbeknownst to her, I was having what we call "a day" and her act of kindness turned it around. Just when you think customer service is a lost cause, someone like Clemy comes along and makes a difference :)
My interactions with other employees in the store has been meh, but to be completely fair, this is a very busy location in a neighborhood spot that has to have a mix of frustrating (and potentially dangerous) clientele.”
