Worst service I've had in 50 years. where do I start? my service advisor told me they were open till 6:00. they closed at 5:30. I waited 25 minutes to get my car after paying. the one thing I asked to be repaired still does not work. Finally I could not find the key inside the car when I got home and they never even called me back!!! terrible, terrible, terribleService: General repairs & maintenance

Why is it impossible to get a service specialist on the phone? I called at 10am yesterday and was told someone will call back. I called 10am today (since obviously no one returned my call) and was told the same - someone will call back. I called now at 1pm and SAME STORY. I know I’ll never get that call back.

I agreed on a vehicle with the manager Danny. Gave him deposit and sent him credit application and also my bank approval letter. He called me 3 hrs later and told me he sold the car to a customer that paid more. Extremely unprofessional. I submitted the bill of sale to my bank also and look like a joke to them. Save your time, false advertising states they will sell you a car online. Stay away, horrible.

I really hate to leave such a negative review, but I must since I gave the Sales Dept a very positive review. This review is targeted at the Service Dept. I purchased a Pre certified 2019 Lexus ES350 Fsport back on 8/23//21. The Purchase was fantastic. I had a question I wanted to ask the Service dept about changing the Transmission fluid, But I was unable to speak to anyone at service. The receptionist asked me for my contact info and said they will get back to me. They never did. So now several weeks go by. I haven’t really driven the car that much till just recently. I’m an Uber driver and recently just finally got My TLC inspection and resumed working for Uber. And my passengers were having difficulty getting out of the rear passenger side door. It appears there is a problem with the door opening from the inside. So I must open the door from the outside to allow my clients to exit the vehicle. Now I hadn’t notice this issue before cause I never had anyone in the back seat till I resumed working with Uber, and the door was working fine from the outside. So I decided to call the Service Dept just to see what my options were since The warranty is now Void since I now have TLC plates. And when I called, Once again I was told they would get back to me, and guess what? They did not. Then I tried 1 more time the next day and the same thing, 3 times. Not only that, I recently noticed moisture inside the passenger side headlight assembly. Now I’m 99% sure that the issues I mentioned were already there when the service dept certified the car. I highly doubt those issues occurred when I had the car considering the fact I didn’t really drive it much.So this service dept certified a car with a door problem and Headlight problem. I was going to send the vehicle to Lexus of great neck since they appear to have a very good reputation and it took me less than than 2 min to speak to a service dept person and the manager. And they told me that those issues are part of the 161pt certified inspection process. Now In regards to the door, I took it to a private mechanic who is experienced on repairing Lexus vehicles and he repaired it for $120. Very fortunate considering if I had taken it to a Lexus dealership, I was looking at between $200 and $300 just to find the problem.The Headlight assembly is like $1600 to replace. But I can just have someone silicone it from the inside so that issue appears I can get by. I would have given 3 stars based on the issues alone, considering the fact that the service dept just may have missed it and since there very intricate issues. And It’s possible however highly unlikely that those issues occurred after the initial purchase. I decided to give a 1 star rating for the fact that the service department didn’t even call me once out of 3 times. That’s unacceptable. Especially since that’s where I purchased the vehicle from and I mentioned it to the receptionist that answered my call. I was aware of the warranty issues so that’s on me. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t pick up on these issues while I still had standard registration on the vehicle, otherwise I could have executed the warranty on these issues and have the problem resolved. But that doesn’t excuse the Service Department not contacting me on 3 occasions.I was confident that the vehicle was in good working condition since it’s a Lexus, and was pre certified, and the vehicle only had less than 37000 miles. If your an Uber driver and plan on purchasing under the certified program, check absolutely everything before transferring your TLC registration to the vehicle. I will be servicing my vehicle at New Country Lexus of Great Neck since they always answer the phone and have a ridiculously very high Google review score and I really hate going to Manhattan anyway, despite the fact it’s significantly closer to me compared to Great Neck.

I am very dissatisfied with this dealership! I purchased my vehicle and paid in full on July 17, 2021. It is now over a month later and my temporary plate has expired and they have not processed any of the title paperwork with Motor Vehicles. I spoke with the sales manager Danny Leach on August 26th and I tried to explain the situation that my plate is expired and for this reason I cannot drive my car. I came in to request to repair the vehicle's air condition stating I've already tried to recharge and evac the system. I needed the leak to be found. I was charge for the same service I've already paid for. Informed dye was put in the car and I would have to drive the car around to detect the leak. What was the 400. Charge for?

This business parks their surplus cars on the sidewalk next to a busy street where people like to speed. I slipped off the curb trying to get around a bunch of these cars while trying to avoid the street and now I'm injured and have lost work as a result. I told them yesterday but I see today they still are doing it so it must be nice to ruin other people's livelihoods.

Called me and asked me to book an appointment. I booked and then when I get here they say that they have no one to service my car and that I would have to leave my car for 6 hours. No loaner car available. Never again
