Why is it impossible to get a service specialist on the phone? I called at 10am yesterday and was told someone will call back. I called 10am today (since obviously no one returned my call) and was told the same - someone will call back. I called now at 1pm and SAME STORY. I know I’ll never get that call back.

Called me and asked me to book an appointment. I booked and then when I get here they say that they have no one to service my car and that I would have to leave my car for 6 hours. No loaner car available. Never again

I had a 1:00 appointment but I told them that I had to be out by 4 o clock, they kept there promise and had me out on time service was great, on time, and clean.
