I am not why the staff at a lot of eateries do this: if the store hours says "close at 9pm", don't lock the doors at 8:50pm on the pretext of staff has to leave at 9pm. You're depriving the customers of service and you're making your own rules on the basis of nothing. I literally ran to this store and they locked the door at 8:50 saying we have to leave by 9pm. But that's not the store hours. Update your website and Google page!

Waited in line 22minutes. No reason other than under trained cashier. RAN OUT OF CREAM AT SUNDAY 130PM.... How can a coffee shop run out of cream for coffee?

I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich. When I expressed my annoyance with the wait time, the cashier bluntly said that he didn’t care. That’s not the way to respond to customer dissatisfaction. Do better!

I went here because my co-worker was raving about it. I didn’t try their juice only the viral spicy tuna sandwich… a bit disappointing and the bread was way too crispy and hard. The aesthetics were nice and the box they put your sandwich in is so cute. Their juices are $9 I’m sure it’s healthy and tasty but getting a juice and sandwich is the price of a dinner but not as filling.

The food and juice were good. I personally didn’t enjoy the coffee, that may be just my preference. But I suggest you try it yourself. Everything else was good.

Ordered iced coffee. I was not offered cream, so I assumed it was available for self-service, and paid and tipped. When I looked around and there was no cream available, I asked, and was told “cream is extra”. This is poor customer service from company policy to individual employee. Go anywhere else. Even Starbucks provides both decent service and - the novelty - cream with your coffee.

The coffee is about 20 degrees too hot. Even after waiting 10 minutes I scalded my tongue. The bathroom is out of service and that was the only reason I stopped here after riding in Central Park. So the credit card reader didn't work. The sandwich was good.

I was the only customer this past Saturday morning and ordered a smoothie. There were three staff members working and they were chatting as if they were on break. It took a few minutes to acknowledge me (to the point where I was unsure if the store was actually open) and take my order. There was no urgency and the staff behavior was unprofessional. I can only imagine how slow the service must be with more than one customer order.

The Asian woman who worked on Friday September 1st needs to learn customer service. She didn’t say hi and was not friendly. My matcha also lacked matcha, it was mostly milk and the oil from the veggie sandwich ruined my jacket.
