Very welcoming staff— greeted people coming in. I was nervous because I had several online orders to return and another review mentioned trouble with returns, but the staff handled everything quickly and efficiently and worked through an issue with the payment method not showing.Would recommend this location because of the staff.

Incredible top-notch customer service from Kal and Gwen. Outstanding! After sharing my shopping needs, they both invested time in finding really wonderful items. Kal went above and beyond and looked into the newly received items to select some really gorgeous tops for me! Gwen and Kal are both such terrific brand ambassadors and consummate professionals. Their kindness makes a world of difference and certainly influenced my decision to make my purchases today. Can't wait to be back at this specific location ? ??Thank you both so much!

Staffed by absolute clowns. Frustrating experience wasting 30 mins being told the suit I was choosing was 40% off. Only to then discover at the register that it actually wasn’t discounted at all. Also overheard them telling someone off for bringing an online order into store for a refund. C’mon guys - do better, it really isn’t that hard.

Always a coin toss when you come in here. Sometimes you'll walk in and there aren't any staff members around but the moment you're getting ready to walk out, they're all around. This location is small and a bit of a hit or miss. I've come in with my girlfriend and my daughter a couple of times. A lot of times you don't tend to find anything just because of lack of variety or sizing. Sometimes I won't get things just because they price some items like a huge designer brand so would rather spend the money at the big designer label instead.

I had two negative experiences at Brookfield Place trying to return a dress. First on June 22, 2022 and then on July 6, 2022 at 2.14 pm. First experience without receipt - spoke with manager and she tried looking up how I had purchased the dress with no luck. My friend who was there when I bought the dress also bought one using a gift card which she no longer had. We explained that but the manager did not help. While we were trying to explain ourselves, I noticed that the manager rolled her eyes and so did Cynthia S. The non -verbal energy from the manager was very poor and I felt unwelcomed there. Second experience WITH receipt - Two weeks later I returned because I found the receipt and went back with my friend. The cashier who did the return was also Cythia S who had rolled her eyes at me. I provided the receipt and asked how much credit I would get as it was a store credit. She responded in a nasty and condescending tone that I would have to look at the receipt. At that point the same manager suddenly appeared and she was also looking at me. I had to return and ask who the manager was to which the manager responded she was. I said, "I will write a review on both of you for my negative experience." I will not be shopping at this store again. NEVER. Poor customer and manager experience. not cool!!!

I was greeted at the door - ok.I walked to the back of men's to try on a jacket and was noticeably ignored by a sales clerk who was hanging up mark down men's shirts. I was at the mirror there. I even had to ask him for the jacket hanger as he had hung sale shirts over it while I was trying on the jacket - not even a word or eye contact from him when I asked for the hanger.So I (myself) put the jacket back and walked out. It was ok. I think (?) I liked the fit. Probably would have bought it had I had interaction of an enthusiastic knowledgeable sales agent.I was SO obviously ignored that I will never go back.Rude by omission.(I've read through some of the reviews here - seems to be a problem in your men's dept. I felt profiled as well - and ignored. and like the sales team could care less.Hope this all works out for your bottom line. the sales team obviously believes this is OK so must be company policyRule of thumb - one person tells 100.
