If you have a sweet tooth and a good dentist, you might really love It’s Sugar. I was impressed with the huge selection of candies and other kid friendly treats

Located in an ideal spot in Manhattan close to Time Square, friendly staff and I was so amazed to see so many different assortments of candies. A truly beautiful place to take your kids or have a few treats if you're an adult with a sweet tooth.

Although its size is small compared to the its sugar in the American dream mall. This its sugar is much better. This its sugar has nicer staff, tons of candy and plushies, and its in the center of Manhattan.I recommend buying the fillable bags.

I came to check out the store in hopes of finding a chocolate frog from Harry Potter, but while I did find some I opted for taffy instead. Don't know why I decided on that instead last minute, but I did. I also gave a dollar for a lollipop, and the proceeds went to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. I thought it was sweet that they were doing this collaboration. No pun intended. I always look at the scooper option to fill a container with candy and loved doing that, but I remembered what I was told many times that you never know who's touching it or what kids are coughing in it. I always thought that those people were dramatic but as I was thinking it I saw this kid literally cough into one of the containers. I almost laughed out loud to myself while the parent did almost nothing about it. They were also touching everything. The employee there tried to stop them from doing that but the parent got super defensive, though I try to understand because having a kid in a candy store can be pretty stressful, it's still gross. I just maybe recommend buying the packaged stuff instead. I like this store it's cute, and they have good options.

Good store with lots of stock, but be careful of the sales. Some sales, placed near the back, are of expired or ~very~ near their expiration date. It makes me question the quality of some of the sweets that are sitting out in the front of the store, since those do not have expiration dates written explicitly on them. The owner tried to cover the best by dates with price tags but there were still a few you can see. You can peel it off and check too. We saw this box of old english sweets and wanted to try it, but it turns out that it had expired back in February (Feb 27th). We went on March 7th. While the box may still have been good, it’s not right to sell things that have exceeded their best buy date while trying to hide it. Not sure why this happened but do be aware of it.

This is a clean and trendy candy store in a convenient location. I went in because of the funny signage in the front and was impressed at their assortment. However, I personally would have loved to see some more fruit candies made from actual fruit instead of all artificial fruit.

We love It’s Sugar and we go there every month in different locations. However the cashier on the Broadway 62nd street store was so rude to us for no reason! I was paying through Apple Pay and she yelled at me like I’m not going to pay or something. She was also banging the table such a way that my 7 yr old got scared! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THAT STORE! They are very rude! Go to another location but not to the Broadway 62nd st! Horrible experience

If I could give zero stars about a worker and how they treat kids I would do it right away. They brutally yell that’s so unsanitary to a kid disregarding how young that kid was. The kid made a mistake okay big deal, no need to tell. If you want to make sure someone did something wrong don’t yell. This is a candy store not a store in where you yell.
