Went here on Easter Sunday and it was our first time. We booked online but later on we learned it failed (I think this needs fixing). We called and said there’s a wait time of 30 minutes because it was packed. We were assisted well. Food came quick despite that there’s a lot of people. There was also a band for the special day. We have a baby on a stroller that they gave space to and he was able to stay asleep despite the place being loud (of course people are talking and its again.. packed). We tried different dishes and shared each to each other and the best dish for us was the pulled pork. Its also our first time trying fried avocados. We love the mango cheesecake! Overall it was a nice experience and it we’d definitely be back!

Love this place! Very friendly staff, great flowers and carries more things than you’d suspect - e.g., Worcestershire sauce

I have living in the area for 3 decades and purchased produce from H & H Kim. Although they've been seeing me for years, I am shadowed whenever I go there. It's more than obvious that the Korean owners have instructed their Mexican workers to shadow black people. This is wrong, and it is preposterous to follow round the store a resident that they've been seeing for years and who has never taken anything from their store. It is sheer and absolute bigotry! The store runs con games as well. They have a system whereby they cheat customer out of 10 cents. They did it to me twice. When I mentioned it, the Korean shopkeeper slapped the dime on the counter. If you cheat every other customer out of 10 cents, within a year you can accumulate enough to put a child through college. A customer can easily not notice 10 cents missing. Folks would notice 5 cents missing because of the size weight of the nickel. This practice by Korean merchants is system wide. A Korean market in Forest Hills was caught cheating customers in a sting operation that the Iranian community had setup. They are smart and well educated and managed to force the dishonest Korean market to shut down. Aside from the blatant bigotry against black people, H and H Kim cheats their customers after the person has purchased the over-priced items from their store.

Great selection, clean, and staff is super friendly. Make sure you have cash though (just like any other bodega in NYC...)
