I friend of mine enter the store and was treated like she was in the 1950's where colored folks were not allowed to enter. She was watched and harassed, told to move out of like to let other folks move ahead - because of her color!!! HOW can you allow your manager to treat anyone this way. Facts - she already had purchased this purse on line and was going to pick it up. This was A PAID IN FULL TRANSACTION- HE AS ABUSIVE TO HER AND DISCRIMATED - HOW YOU CAN STAY IN BUSINESS WITH THIS MANANGER AT THE HELM!! Gucci you should look into you management team - HOW dare you keep this person...

Almost every Gucci location I visit is amazing. Compared to LV and Dior, these SAs have class and treat every customer so well. I have purchased twice from this location form my SA, Wil. He is patient no matter how many items we want to see. He is more than willing to order the doggie sweater for me! Did not even bat an eye. For this Gucci girl, this location is everything! Ask for Wil and he willtake excellent care of you. Tell him Noelle from NJ sent you. Thanks for all of your kindness, Wil. Gucci should be proud that you are the fave of the brand!

Caution all Gucci connoisseurs! If you love the brand like I, skip this location.Came in wanting to buy a few things, but not one person in the store greeted me. Yea I was dressed super casual, but still. After ten minutes, I decided to say "hi" to the sales lady as I walked out. She looked shocked and finally, said "hi" back.Oh and their inventory is awful. Slim pickings.

I went in for my birthday and bought a little scarf. The sales associates were nice but the experience was not what I was expecting. The one associate asked me if I wanted my scarf packaged?? Yes, why would I not want my scarf properly boxed and packaged. I went to the Gucci in Spain and it's such a different experience!

Gucci training department:There is something fundamentally wrong with the way that Gucci train it is employees especially the customer service, I notice it in all employees of Gucci who work in different New York City locations so this review is about the training method or how training managers train Gucci employees, there is something wrong about this training so I'm not criticizing individual employees because they just don’t know any better but they practicing what the trainer manager instructs them to do, contact me to elaborate or to validate this assumption/concern.
