So rude at the cash register-What’s up with that. Been there twice and witnessed this the first time with another customer. Today it was my turn to be treated very poorly.Where’s the training and management here?I see another review here a couple below mine- just read it and says the same as me. Basically accusing me of returning merchandise that I wore - which I absolutely did not. Never even took them out of the bag.Like I was a criminal.Don’t shop here.Sad place.

Does not have children's clothes despite pictures of the store on google maps and their website showing that this location has children's clothes. Asked a sales associate and they said they transferred out all children's clothes several months ago despite the website not being updated.

In response to the comment about applying for the credit card. No one can force you to apply for something you don’t want. I also did an application with Petra, she was very helpful and offered me 20% savings on the credit card and on the screen that I was submitting my information, it ASKED ME on the screen if I would like submit my application for the credit card. It’s so messed up that you would put that woman’s name on blast knowing that google is accessible to the world. If you truly had an issue why not contact GAP Corporate or customer service. That review speaks more of you than it does her. Great job Petra. I’m sorry that some people can only read and take direction when it for a negative cause.

Went in to return a pair of pants that were received as a gift. Cashier was very rude and accused me of trying to return pants that were already worn although they had tags on them She continued to roll her eyes throughout the transaction after I told her they most definitely were not worn. I have never been treated that way at any retail establishment and will never return to this Gap.

Petra did not tell me I was signing up for a credit card, she told me I was signing up for a gap membership card. This is truly deceptive and I cannot afford to open up another credit line right now. Downright not okay.
