Great hardware store - particularly for lower Manhattan. You'll need to ask for help as goods are stocked to the ceiling. Staff is ready and willing to assist.

hands down the best most stocked hardware store I have ever been to. I went in for a single bit. The had it, showed me how to use it and the price was very reasonable . Very courteous. I certainly recommend.

Like a throw back in time. Small store filled to the rafters. I found what I was looking for. I hope they stay in the area forever

Antoine and team are super helpful! They went the extra mile to ensure the plumbing under my kitchen sink was working again the same day. Thank you kindly

This place was incredible with my key copy issue. They gave me their cell number so I could send a picture of the key and confirm they had it before making the trip down. Alan was so kind, giving me a great price + discount because he knew the low-income clinic I was making the keys for. A warm, lovely environment - even though it's far from me, I'm coming back here if I need anything hardware or locksmithing related!

Went to buy some bolts. They were helpful finding the right size, but I was trying to figure out what length to get because their stock was limited. While thinking they kicked me out five minutes before they were supposed to close. They told me I had to “come back tomorrow.” Needless to say, I didn’t go back the next day. Poor service.

Helpful and many items. More on the expensive side (e.g., price gouging for masks). They have a minimum for cc payment — $10 or $15.

they make doing home construction a pleasure - sure it seems chaotic but these guys know everything and can find anything in that store. when I didn't meet the card minimum and needed to get my tv mounted that night they printed me a receipt and said you pay next time for these bolts - go mount your tv! of course I returned to pay with more items I needed and all was right. At another construction snafu, I realized I needed anchors instead of toggle bolts. I called 7 minutes to closing and then ran - they already had the item at the counter - I checked out, they locked the door behind me, and I went home happy (doesn't it suck when you just need one thing to finish the job and the store is closed? not with fulton hardware!) I just feel so taken care of by them :) Yes, you could find items cheaper but when you buy a 1k tv and a $150 mount are you really sweating the $6 vs $10 worth of hardware? it's $4 difference and they make sure it's perfect and no shipping. (also I bought the same toggle bolts and washers and drill bit of a kit online that was 17.99 - all hardware separately from fulton? 14.49. so sometimes it's cheaper!) they cut wood (including ripping plywood sheets!) and have a nifty screw identifier so if you bring any screw they can find the same width - metric or imperial!

They have a huge selection but prices are very high. If they dropped their prices and compare to Home Depot or any hardware store they would be great
