When I arrived to make a purchase this morning, there was a young man and two young women, all CVS employees, on site.One of the women was in a light top. She was very helpful.There was another woman in a dark top. She was extremely unhelpful, snippy, combative, very short-tempered with me, and borderline hostile to the customer. She did not have a nametag.When I went to make my purchase, Nyquil, the woman in the dark top appeared to be working on a balance book at the register. I was happy to wait until she was done.She, very curtly and without even bothering to look up, barked at me to go to self-checkout. I did, but the machine seemed to redirect me to the cashier.When I returned to the woman in the dark top, this woman became hostile with me and proceeded to speak very condescendingly to me about what the self checkout screen was telling me.It turned out she needed to check my ID. Then, the machine wouldn't give me my $35.×× in change!At least the lady in the dark top had the moral compass to have the lady in the light top to open a register so I could get my change!But, I will never return to this location again! Too many horrible experiences. Too many hostile and neglectful employees who don't seem to give two craps about customers.I don't know what's going on with CVS or what's going on with that location specifically, but I will no longer be subjecting myself to this abusive treatment by CVS employees! But, you need to fire this woman in the dark top. She has no business being in customer service!You've lost a customer. Permanently. And, I will be sure others know about my experience so they can decide for themselves if they want to roll the dice and potentially subject themselves to this abuse.Also, they do not have adequate stock, namely greeting cards!

A CVS product was recalled, I visited the store for a refund, and they told me to call customer service. I called customer service and they refused to refund the recalled product because I did not have a receipt. I explained it was a product (eye drops) that I purchased months ago, was using it, and did not have a receipt. It was recalled because of unsanitary conditions in THEIR factory, and they refused to give me a refund! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Went from decent to terrible. Security guard follows you around the store. Even the ice cream is on lock down. No one is working there. Extrabucks never work. The pharmacists are so rude and give conflicting information. I waited an hour for a prescription despite it marked ready. On a separate visit, I waited as they took an extra 30-minute lunch break. The rest of us are on a lunch break too. Only 1 pharmacist came back after lunch and he yelled at an old lady and then tried to yell at me. Corporate should really investigate this location.

THIS STORE IS NICE. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION.IF YOU ARE AN USA RESIDENT, YOU KNOW HOW BAD THE CVS REWARDS PROGRAM IS. THEY HAVE A CUPPOM MACHINE IN STORES PRINTING CUPOMS YOU DON'T WANT TO USE.THE SAME WITHE THE ENORMOUS RECEIPT THEY PRINT.A TOTAL PAPER WASTE! (I AM PAPER FREE)INSTEAD OF HAVING THE SAVINGS GOING AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR CARD, AS DUANE READE DOES, THEY SEND YOU A LOT OF TEXT MESSAGES. THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP SHOPPING.AT THE STORE, THEIR PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN THE WHOLE FOODS. A TOTAL SCAM, AFTER 2 YEARS OF PANDEMIC, WHEN OUR SALARIES REMAIN LOW AND INFLATION IS HIGH...STICK WITH DUANE READE, IF IT IS NEXT DOOR TO YOU. THEY MAKE IT EASIER TO ALL CUSTUMERS.THE SAVINGS SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC IN YOUR CARD, CVS!!!

Awful pharmacy. Confirmed order, told me would be ready at 1pm. Went at 7pm and the guy said they never placed the order. Cannot find in system. He was Super rude and unhelpful. When asked for supervisor was told they were on vacation for 7 days. Avoid at all costs. Went to park avenue CVS. The pharmacist there found prescription in 2 min.

2nd time within a week closed during "open" hours. I get that staffing is difficult. So stop telling the public you're open till 12:00am when most nights you close at 11:00pm due to "staffing" issues. Fix your staffing problem first, then promise you'll be open late.
