the pharmacy didn't ask insurance info so I've noticed myself why it's so expensive. They told me if I have an insurance or not. After they fixed it, they forgot to call me. So I waited about 20min +. If you're at the Pharmacy, and thinking wait time is very long, ask them what's going on. They may forget about you.... You won't miss this location at all. it's corner 3rd ave E41st. 7 subway is the closest.

This is a great CVS pharmacy. The staff are helpful, the location just perfect and, for the most part, everything is well arranged. Only on a few occasions have I bought something like milk and found out later that it was past its sell-by date.

I just had an incredibly unpleasant conversation with the pharmacist that prompted me to immediately head to Google to leave this review. I’ll preface this by saying I am very sensitive to the demand on retail nowadays as I’ve worked in retail/customer service and can relate to how things can get intense especially as the holidays approach. However, I’ve had several incredibly uncomfortable experiences over months with this pharmacy that I am actually going to switch pharmacies to another brand entirely, not just another location. Not only have I been on hold for 30+ minutes twice this week during business hours (until I eventually gave up because, who has time like that on their hands while working a full time job? I refuse to use ALL of my lunch hour being on hold for this pharmacy.) I was trying to call them to ask them to extend my pick up window but since they never answered after multiple attempts at different days and times in advance, they ended up putting my prescriptions back on the shelf which left me no choice but to call AGAIN and refill them ALL over again. The pharmacist which I’ve had the displeasure of communicating with multiple times has come off as despondent, sarcastic, unfriendly, rude and arrogant. He often refers me to the website despite me having to call for specific questions that I’ve already tried to address through the website (like insurance changes which you can’t do online, certain refill issues etc). I had to repeat several times that I wanted to update my insurance so it was immediately obvious that he was purposely ignoring me so as not to have to do it. I don’t often leave reviews but I really hope this review causes CVS to take a serious look at how this pharmacist and it’s staff are providing inadequate and abysmalservice that is not compassionate in any way. I know we all have things going on but perhaps you shouldn’t be in the healthcare/pharmacy field if you don’t have an empathetic or respectful bone in your body. For corporate CVS, my call was this evening from 7:22 pm to 7:27 pm EST if you’d like to review the call. I will plan to follow up with corporate CVS team on my own as well to share this feedback.

When I was with my employer getting a refreshing beverage, I saw something that caught my eye: a brand called Essentia Ionized Alkaline Water (1 liter, which is about 33.8 oz.) I took it to work and began drinking it during the second half of my shift. The alkaline water began organizing my brain chemistry. It was not done in an instant, but I slowly felt headache relief over time as I finished y bottle. Concerning the customer service, CVS has wonderful tech support. Plus, the store is clean and organized. No further improvement is needed. Some time later, I got Eucerin, thanks to my employer who recommended it to me for my winter rash. The product works! The rash is going away.

Employees are friendly and helpful. They actually answer the phone and will help you to confirm which items they have in stock. That is rare these days!

Pressed the customer assistance button to get a product unlocked at least 5 times in the 20 minutes that I was standing in the aisle and no one ever came to unlock it for me and I couldn’t find anyone that was working there in general besides at the door/register. I had to leave and go somewhere else because it was taking so long??

Open 24 hours Very convenient and efficient. Not only a pharmacy but you can find a small taste of almost any basic need like Gifts, all beverage including alcohol, toys, beauty supply, kitchen supply and more.

The CVS pharmacy,1596 Highway A1A, is amazing! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Honestly, I prefer to not go anywhere else. However, CVS when traveling out of state has been helpful as well.
