If I could give them a zero I would. Not my style to leave bad reviews but it has taken them 2 days to deliver my prescriptions and when I call it takes over 30 minutes for someone to answer with an attitude as if I'm the one inconveniencing *them* Horrible customer service.

Beyond awful. They kept me on hold for over 15 minutes when someone did answer their phone was cutting out. So they just placed me on hold again. It’s insane. Their app is useless.

Please fire the female pharmacist from this place. She makes no attempt to help or even bothers lift a finger. Every single time she answers the phone she has an attitude.

If you are going to speak badly about a customer, remember to hang up the phone first. "Why is it my problem if she...". because you chose to work in a job that requires customer service, and people call pharmacies when they need help with their medicines.Pharmacy line and wait is always super long.CVS hire more staff for this store please.

CVS on 3rd Ave and 91st St. is the only chain store I ever receive a hello and a “welcome to CVS” from staff when I walk in the door. The neighborly approach is a rarity in a chain store and makes me want to shop there more.

The pharmacy is a disaster. I’ve spent 40 cumulative minutes on hold calling over the last few days. I asked to speak to a manager about these issue while in store today. This lead to one of the pharmacy techs shouting at me, telling me no one is in charge, there isn’t a manager, and nothing could be done to help. This is how they’re handling medication…. With no one in charge? I was shocked by the negligence and disregard for healthcare. I even tried explaining the details (and importance) of today’s specific issue - I’d had a seizure, and was calling to arrange Rx delivery because I felt so crummy post-seizure. Instead of taking any accountability, offering a solution or even an apology, they blamed the missed call on being “too busy”, which was an outright lie (and a bad excuse). There were no calls on hold today, per the pharmacist! It was midday on a holiday… not busy! The pharmacy tech who yelled at me should be let go. He clearly has no comprehension of the standard of care required for his job.

I never need assistance, as I know where everything is. It’s a good store in a good location, and I am pleased I live close by. The pharmacy reaches out efficiently when I need to pick up a prescription, and I have never had a problem with them. I have gotten to know the staff there - Endi, Daniel, Marcy, Henry, Robert, Rosa, Danny are whom I can name off hand, and they are all great. However, one individual who works there seems to be on a job ‘program’, and while we (if I may presume for others) don’t expect every employee in a general job to possess enthusiastically great social skills, this guy is a creepy stick-in-the mud! I have never heard his voice once, and he is standing at the front entrance looking at people entering just about EVERY NIGHT!!! I am sorry, but my feelings are more than merely effected by an ‘indifferent’ personality. This guy’s eyes look ultra-creepy! My neighbors agree slightly, but think I’m too sensitive and that it’s ignorable. They are probably right. It’s good that our society wants to exhibit job programs and equal opportunity, etc., but this person should not be right in the thick of customer interface! Again, he seems to have been given shifts at prime time just about every night! I would like to believe CVS corporate would not like this. Oh - of course, we can’t mess with the ‘political’ issue if he is on a ‘program’ of some sort. There must be so many people in his circumstance that need a job - AND have the capacity to smile and say hello! He is just awful, like he hates the world! Why should we endure this as customers? I feel somewhat bad, because he just does his job, I guess. He’s not overtly rude but hardly customer-friendly. Image and customer service should count heavily, and this issue is quite a drawback! Forgive my sensitivity, as it’s not personal (I’ve never directly dealt with him), but I just get a very awkward feeling about him. It’s not right he should be standing at the entrance glaring creepily (that is the perception) while people come in! No smile, no “welcome to CVS”! Last time (lol) - he is just awful!!

This is the worst CVS ever! pharmacists were super rude, didn’t fill the prescription on time and did not have them sent to my house as they said they would..they left me on hold for more then 20 min.I wouldn’t even give 1 star ..

Please hire some people in the pharmacy who know what they’re doing. There are a few young people in here who are making the process of picking up a prescription in this location miserable. The big guy is fine. The older black woman is great. The rest of the staff need to be retrained. This does not need to be a 30 minute ordeal.

Totally unreliable. If you need something quickly find another pharmacy. My doctor ordered pain pills for me and I received a text that they were ready. When I went to pick them up I was told they had been delivered. I returned to my building and nothing had been delivered. I called CVS and was told the pharmacy was closed for the night. I'm now going to have to be in pain all night and through the morning while they try to figure out why I didn't receive my delivery. I'm practically in tears. I'm pulling my prescriptions from them and transferring to another pharmacy.
