Is the pharmacy department at this location still in business? I spent a half an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone on this non-holiday Monday afternoon, and finally hung up because it doesn't seem like anyone is working.

Long lines at the pharmacy and no personnel at the front to do cashier checkout for those who don't wish to use auotmated machines. Not recommended.

Service is atrocious since the GM moved to a store in Queens. The new GM, Gito, makes up rules for customers. He told me that CVS only issues rainchecks electronically, which is a lie. He refers only dealing with Latino women.

Customer service is terrible. Felt like the pharmacy staff is annoyed/bothered every time I need to get a prescription. Would suggest a customer service training.

CVS STORE IS CLEAN, ORGANICE AND IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN STOCK. THE MANAGER AND STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. VERY GOOD SERVICE.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in 30+ years. They are completely understaffed for the number of customers they accept. The line for pickup is never shorter than 10 people because they only have 1 cashier who works at a snail's pace. Half the time when they say your prescriptions are in stock, they're not. The staff is rude and disgruntled and takes it out on customers. The actual pharmacists themselves are zero help when it becomes chaotic and busy. CVS needs to step in and do something about this location - it's been happening for years with no improvement. Switching pharmacies and telling everyone in the neighborhood to do the same. Unacceptable treatment of sick customers.

It's 5:30 pm on a weekday afternoon and as usual, the line for pharmacy pick-ups has stretched down an entire aisle. The one clerk on duty has to locate filled prescriptions, explain to (the many) irate customers why their prescriptions aren't ready or explain why insurance didn't cover something or why the price is higher than expected. There's a lone pharmacist filling a backlog of prescriptions sent in that day. Every 20 seconds or so, a disembodied voice announces "there are 6 calls waiting... 7 calls waiting..." and no wonder. If you try calling and asking for a pharmacist, you'll stay on hold until you finally decide you have to get on with your life. THIS PHARMACY IS HOPELESSLY UNDERSTAFFED! Yes, you can download the app and check prescription status, but the info is inscrutable. "Delayed - more information needed" (for a med I've taken for 20 years). Or no info at all - for a med that is out of stock. (Could they not alert me of that?) I'm fed up. But alas, I'm not sure any place else is better.

Wow, just wow. It's too early for attitude at 7 am. Boy, the manager (I believe) who wasn't wearing a CVS uniform was giving people attitude even with me when I asked a simple question. People who were working didn't seem to know what they were doing. This is one of the worst CVS stores I have been to.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy tech who was checking me out in the pharmacy. She was visibly upset with me for even being there. Huffed when I walked up to the counter. Scolded me for not speaking loud enough, even though I was speaking at a much louder tone. Felt very disrespected and, like I was a bother to her. Definitely an awkward experience when you’re just trying to pick up your children’s medicine.

I just reported 2 workers at this place because they lost my Controlled Substance Paper Prescription From My Doctor .. I Came In & I Gave Them My Paper Prescription & They Said Its Too Early For A Refill But I Got 3 More Days To Fill It & Come Back When That 3 days is up. Before I Left I Told The Female Worker Please Do Not Lose My Paper Prescription & She Said She Won’t & Promised .. When I Came Back Again Once The 3 Days Was Up To Fill It Because I Am A Patient That Have A Chronic Pain Medical Condition Which Is Not To Be Played With At ALL!!! .. TELL ME WHY WHEN THEY START TO LOOK FOR IT ABOUT A HOUR OR 2 THEY ARE GOING TO TELL ME THEY CANT FIND MY PRESCRIPTION & THEY PROLLY LOST IT …… Once I Heard That I Went Almost Physco on them Because They Pissed Me Off I LITERALLY JUST HAD SURGERY TO .. Then some other worker came out & said can I have a little more time to find it & they said they will call me once they find it .. TILL THIS DAY NOONE CALLED ME SO THEY LOST MY DAMN PAIN MEDICINE PRESCRIPTION !!!! I REPORTED THEM & I WANT THEM FIRED FOR THAT AS SOON AS POSSSIBLE!!!!

I don’t know whats going on in this pharmacy but i hurd they stay losing people prescription’s especially when it comes to Opioids .. one of my friend said she saw one lady in the back put someone else paper prescription who got her mother last name and she stole it & went to another pharmacy to fill it & the medicine was a conteolled substance & its called Morphine pills .. days later she had got fired & arrested !! Do not use this pharmacy people they will either lose your prescription or steal it… i hurd it happened to like 23 people this year.. i will be calling the DEA ON THESE PEOPLE

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. You can never get someone from the pharmacy on the phone. Wait time for prescriptions is always hours more that promised.

The woman helping me tried to start a fight with me saying I was snatching the pen for the credit card machine out of her hand which I did not, so she wouldn't give it to me and watched me over my shoulder to make sure I wasn't stealing. I go there all the time, I don't know why I was given a hard time today but The self check out is always broken and no one ever likes to help. GO TO DUANE READE.
