Had two insurances. Specifically asked to check both for the lowest price. First one came up to $6. Second one came up to $10. Pharmacist refused to give me the $6 one. It is fraudulent activity.

The manager on second floor Ruba( may have wrong spelling)was so Amazing and helpful. I needed to get 4 different prints made asap. She was multitasking with all her managerial skills at once. I live closer to another Cvs but it's worth walking a few more blocks to shop at this location. All the staff by the upper register erte extremely nice.

The store is really good and the employees even better. I was helped by Mr.John who was really friendly and experienced . I wasn't sure what I really wanted but Mr.John helped me know whit i needed . Thanks Mr.John !!!

incompetent, they had me spell a very common prescription 6 times on the phone slowly (generic AND brand!) and still couldn’t get it right. waste of 20 mins. maybe hire people with basic third grade spelling skills so my doctor can send you an rx?

The worst experience. They "expedited" my Rx. Waited 45 minutes. Still nothing so I just left. And 2 hours later I received text messages that my order is ready for pickup... I can understand you are busy but don't lie to me. Don't waste my time. And of course it took so long. They work slow. Plus was standing in line watching for 10-15 minutes how 3 employees were helping 1 customer. In the end still didn't get my meds and wasted my time...

I had a horrible experience. I went yesterday evening, a man was asking for money in front of store. Making guests feel uncomfortable. The escalator was broken. Pharmacy was short staffed. I waited in line at pick up and was told that since it was my first time at that location, I would have to go to drop off. I was annoyed to have to make another line after already waiting. Also I had to check repeating myself to the heavyset, African American male. I was able to speak with someone at drop off and paid for my medication with a coupon. Then was told I needed to wait 20 mins, for something they got hours ago. I waited then was called up to the counter, where I was approached by a Asian female who starting lecturing me and asking me questions about a different medication that I do not even take because I am waiting for insurance approval. I told her that I did not take that medication because of the pa and informed her that I told my doctor about all medications I am on prior to the pa being sent out. Then she asked me if I was taking both at the same time (for the 2nd or 3rd time). I got fed up and yelled, "how am I taking something I don't even have yet?, I am wasting too much time here". I will never return to that CVS and will use the location two blocks ago.
