An absolute nightmare! All new people. Old crew is completely gone. This is the pharmacy ONLY! The store people are really nice and welcoming. But that pharmacy is getting worse and worse. There was a really tall guy behind the counter at the pharmacy yesterday which was 3/1/24 and not only was he rude but he looked very sloppy and was sweaty. Something has to be done with the pharmacy. And they put all new carpets in but for what? There is dog pooped smeared all over by the pharmacy. Also they let people in to cash cans and the smell is HORRIFIC! Only gave one star due to the pharmacy.

The team at CVS, 800 10th Ave (54th St.) Manhattan cannot be beat. They are always friendly, helpful and courteous. I once asked for my balloon to be re-filled, and the lovely person did it cheerfully - now. almost a year later, I see her again and she asks me how's my balloon doing - so nice to see love and kindness in action!!!

At the pharmacy, prescriptions are filled fast and efficiently. Niladriz is extremely professional and kind- helped so much with a prescription. Thanks so much Niladriz! Store is well distributed and open late.

Today, right in front of my daughter, who also has (special needs), an acting Supervisor became very "Unprofessional" with me, over why they didn't have anymore bags with handles. After her and another cashier stood there, watching me struggle with these bags, I then had to ask her if I could bring these items in the shopping cart home, then to return the shopping cart back. She then tells me that, I can do so, but that I would have to leave my ID. This Supervisor was so rude, I just told her to refund me back all of the funds. Me and my daughter had to also walk in the rain, 3 blocks up to a near by target, where we finally received, wonderful customer service. I told her that I was a writer, she said that this had "No" barrings on her.(?) Mother/Writer/Activist

Today I was very miss treat from the employee I could believe they treat me like that the manager screaming with me the employee want to force me accepted money back when hi knew only on tree days money gos back to my account so resolt I came out the store without the vitamin and without my money and nobody can do nothing about they loozer very good customer

Friendly and helpful staff at the front counter and the pharmacy. If you have a question for the pharmacist and live close, just go in person. Wait time for the phone is really long and still might not get the answer you’re looking for. This site is NOT a minute clinic but you can get flu shot when it’s available. You can schedule ahead on the app. Like any drug store in the city, very expensive items when they are in stock. The reward card has decent discounts.

This store is an embarrassment. The employees are rude. Management is incapable of managing. Been that way for years... will likely be that way forever. Anybody who rated this store a 5 needs to have their heads examined. Maybe it's the staff trying to bring up their awful rating...

I just wanted to say thank you to The head pharmacy tech Michael. We're about to head on an extremely important international trip. Michael made sure I understood how to make sure my medication was available for me an easy and understandable manner. Thank you.

Pharmacy employees are very rude! It takes them forever to answer the phone and when they do, they're always impolite. Personally they're also rude and never willing to help you properly. One of the worst customer services that I ever had to deal with in NYC.

Do not make this your ups access point . Manager is horrible make all kinds of excuses for his staff who sent all my packages by “accident”. First off the items were delivered Friday November 12th. They returned them November 14 th. They are incompetent and should no longer be an access point . No apology, no accountability at all. Made up all kinds of assumptions of what may have happened.

Hung up the phone immediately after pick up when I called about my script. Thank goddess it wasn’t an emergency. Hire people with empathy for these roles please.
