PERMANENTLY CLOSED AS OF APRIL 1, 2021. He closed with no notice, throwing away 3 months of my mail, including W2s, 1099s, tax refund checks, the works. An effin nightmare. Out of town, I found out when FedEx sent me a picture of the storefront with a for lease sign. Shortly before then he had called me for my CC info, which was odd. When I asked if all was well and got waved off with yes, yes, everything fine. I spoke with the rental agent to confirm the closing. She's there today (April 1- not a joke), so hurry over if you think you have anything there. He will not return phone calls or emails. On a whim I stopped by yesterday and there he was, with an elderly security guard. When I questioned why there was only 3 pieces of mail in my box after 3 months away, the lies, shouting, contradictions and blame-shifting began. Oddly, he handed over 2 packages and a box. What he was planning on doing with them when he closed is beyond me. Besides the problems he has caused me and others, this is sad. Bala was an eccentric, but always seemed sincere and clearly worked hard. I was fond of him. I often wondered what his overhead must have been and how he managed to stay in business because that stretch of Greenwich Ave is a kiss of death location, probably due to sky high rent. Over the years I've seen many businesses start and soon fold. Copy Com was an endangered species- a mom & pop shop. The encroaching blandness of chain shops and destruction of the West Village's vibe and charm is sad to see, now accelerated by the pandemic. May we all be safe and at ease.

I've had a PO Box with these guys for years, they are great and very reliable. They were also the only people I could find in the city who could do a quick UK passport photo! Would 100% recommend them for a PO Box - you get a real address which is a nice bonus.

I go to this place at least once a week. It's fantastic because you can drop off any Kind of package from fedex, ups and regular mail off here. There is only one guy there but he's always been super helpful.

Worst place to get copies done! No wifi, súper old outdated computers with 1990 dial up Internet, and seriously nothing good about this place if you need copies. They have a mailbox and fed ex which I think is ok for this. The Indian guy working wasn't helpful at all! 1 Star only and I will never come back because it was too frustrating. Fed ex is a couple blocks away. Save yourself!

Beware of b******* charges and fees. The store stated it was open at 930 at the sign, the man who worked there did not open till 10:10, Furthermore, upon walking in to drop off a prepaid DHL package, he initially states it's a 3 dollar charge to drop it off. Being diligent, I called DHL customer service and was informed this was absolutely b******** there should be no charge to drop off a package and he is straight up scamming people. Filed a complaint with DHL Corporate I go back into the store to confront him about this charge, he then refuses to take my package because "system is down" So which is it, did he want my money or the system is down , FOHB I know this isn't the first time this has happened, as another review on Google maps states he was charged 5 dollars for a DHL shipment.

A real hole-in-the-wall. I live nearby, and still had trouble finding it. Good if you're too embarrassed to run out 100 copies at work of whatever your kid needs 100 copies of.

Very nice and polite but when I asked to have a document spiral bound it was comb bound instead. I have to re-print the color printed document. The person who did the binding insisted that comb binding is a type of spiral. I showed several pages that explained different kinds of binding. Hopefully this cleared it up because it is very frustrating to have to create the document again and re-bind it

It took ten minutes to login to my email, print, retrieve the piece of paper I printed only to be told I'd have to pay $3.00 to print ONE sheet of paper. That's ridiculous. Owner then ripped up the paper as waste.

Not very good customer service but will probably get the job done in a pinch. Will be going elsewhere for packing and shipping needs going forward.

This place is very unreliable. It is only open parts of the day and never consistent. I was out front of their shop for over an hour waiting for them to open and no one showed up. Happens all the time. Their hours of operation should say: "Open whenever we feel like it" This place is really going down hill!

Random place. Three computers you can print from. Printed 2 pages, no color, and paid $4. The service was unnoticable - the guy just pointed at the computer. Remember to delete your documents from the computer if you'e downloading from an email etc.

Do not go here!!!!!!! The guy who works in the mornings is completely unhinged. There are bad customer service experiences and then there are scary ones. This one was the later. I needed a bunch of FedEx slips for some packages I was planning to ship from there. The guy told me he could give me 5 so I went out of my way to go get them. When I got there this shady guy told me I could only have 3?!?! Not enough and not what he told me. He told me to go all the way to the fedex office in midtown and was totally rude. He also to me I must have misunderstood him on the phone. When I dared to disagree with him he told me to give him the slips back and "get out". I told him I wasn't going to give them back because I obviously need them and asked who the manager was. He literally came running at me from behind the counter screaming at me to "get the f%*k out of the store". I was actually scared he was going to attack me. I have never in my life been treated like this and for no reason. This cannot be a legitimate business. I called back to speak to a manager. He told me I could speak to him. When I insisted on speaking to a manager he hung up. Turns out he's a coward as well as crazy.
