Worst customer service ever. Basically everyone, especially that manager there, are all incompetent at their jobs. Try another location.

I have experienced the worst customer service imagined by Citibank. As a business owner, I have been a Citibank Business customer since 2005. I have received letters from Citibank threatening to close my account from their "Know Your Client" Dept asking for all sorts of private information about my business. I have stated that nothing has changed since opening my account, that they have everything related to banking needs. I have had to take time off from business deadlines to address these issues. When I have asked representatives why this information is being requested, the representative has no clue, and states Federal regulations and the Patriot Act requires the information. I believe that Citibank will be losing many clients over this issue. I am planning to seek a bank that offers more professional and courteous customer service. If I provided such low-level service to my clients, I would be out of business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK FOR BUSINESS. WHEN CALLING THE CORPORATE NUMBER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT THE LOWEST LEVEL EVER.

I requested Home Dept. gift card via Citi Card Thank-you points. Per customer service agent I will receive my cards with in three weeks. And they do not have expedited shipping. When you owe them money they will money ASAP.

So Citi's ATM machine can now scan deposit check...finally!?!? Just another Citi, they steal your money callin it "service fee" for this and that, mine as well hide your money in piggy bank. Banking system sux these days.
