I would definitely say this store had many cute trinket like items. There were a variety of things to select from and it was a really cute shop to walk around and browse.

So many goodies and treats to be found! The best deals are in the lower level or out front. A fun way to start or end a trip to Chelsea Market.

Love just strolling around this place! They have soooo many selections and varieties of all things fun and interesting!Plethora of chocolates, candies, sweets, chips, snacks, I was ecstatic about all the creative innovative unique and wonderful chocolate collections and flavors they curated here. There is a downstairs area with a lot interesting crafted items - baskets, potteries and other household goods.

I accidentally purchased the wrong flavor jam. I just called and was told they will not accept any returns of food products even unopened jam. Very disappointed. Have been going there since they opened in the 1990s and will never return there based on this awful customer experience. Plus the store was dirty when I was there but I figured that was ok for unopened jam.

I've not been to the store, but I've ordered from them online. They have hard to find imported "snacks". In particular, I'd just purchased several boxes of Van Strien "sweet biscuits" which are dangerously addicting especially with espresso. They are reasonable with shipping, and their pricing is fair. They were kind enough to send some free samples of other snacks, which will surely be put to good use. I will continue to be a patron.

Very cool store similar to small town pharmacies where you can buy a lot of unique products. I will be using this store for gift items!

We love that there were Leonidas chocolate samples at the counter. At the moment for the month of January the Leonidas chocolates are discounted! We’ve been getting discounted treats from this store every time we visit. The best part is that the treats are from Europe and all over the world so the treats are unique or exquisite and local. We even saw chocolate bars from Maui. This store has so many fun gifts. It’s great to browse and be tempted to buy a treat.

I live 4 miles away. It took 2 weeks to get my Christmas hamper delivered to me via local delivery. Minus 100 stars.

After years of successful gift giving with Chelsea Market Baskets (CMB), I sent a $345.00 gift basket (includes tax and shipping) to an extremely important client. It arrived the very next day, and was delivered to the company, but not the person receiving the gift. There were perishables inside, cheeses, Brie, fruits, chocolates, but the box did NOT have "perishable" written anywhere. So, anyone receiving the box would not know that it needed to be opened right away, even if it landed in their office. After so many years of shipping hundreds of thousands of baskets, do you think they could slap a sticker on the box, to alert people that there's Brie cheese inside? Or "open immediately? "I called CMB to ask them if they put a sticker on it, and they told me it's not something they do and that she would talk to theSupervisor about it. Uhm, yes. This would be the smart thing to do.This forced me to have to call my client 28 hours later, to ask them whether they received my gift. It's an awkward phone call to make, "did you get my gift?" Not something the gift giver should have to do.We send out dozens of gifts, and when I hadn't received a "thank you" message a day later, it concerned meThat the box could have been sitting in the warehouse, and it was. This not only reflected poorly on CMB, but also on me for choosing

Please visit this shop inside Chelsea Market. The best part? It will be hard for you to walk out empty handed. I loved that you can find something for everyone. My favorite was the section of vegan/dairy free chocolates and treats. I loved the options so much I went back twice to check out. I also found some really cute tea towels. My family also found a ton of things for themselves and to gift. Prices are good too and reasonable. Also, cashier was super friendly and kind. The worst part? I left with an empty wallet lol but no regrets! I’d do it again.

Horrible customer service. I felt I was welcomed by the man running the register. The candy was old and expired, and overpriced. Honestly, stay away—everything in there you can buy on Amazon. Stay away.
