It is an excellent service, truly spectacular customer service.It had a story and it is that next to it there are some super long stairs, when I was halfway through I saw a girl who was going down with a baby stroller and I helped her get it down. Later when I go up the stairs again when I get to the last step I see a lady with another car but I turn around and help her unload that car as well. That day I exercised for about a month, when I entered the bank they saw me all sweaty and tired and they gave me water and coffee. The truth is they were very kind. I recommend them.

Best customer service experience! They were having issues with their machines and informed me of that. The lines weren’t super long to make a withdrawal. Super dog friendly too, they my dog and I stay until closing to cool off and offered cold water and treats! Everyone was so nice & understanding. 100% my preferred branch

They lock the door so you can’t use the atm at night.. even if you swipe your chase card

ATM is consistently broken. Understaffed tellers so you can't bank at the window. Considering moving to a different bank.

I had a positive experience at the Ft Washington Chase branch. Opened a new checking & savings account. A very helpful & personable young woman worked with me. I was happy with the service she provided.

Worst Chase Bank branch ever! I went to deposit a check into one of my two business accounts which the check was directed to and the teller put it in the wrong business account despite me specifying the account it was directed to. Now the check is on hold I I have to go through a lengthy process to get proceeds cleared. People here don’t want to work, every time I go in it’s something. They’re always turning people away and don’t care to help anyone with any matters regarding their bank accounts. So disappointed! So inefficient and careless!

Vary bad. the worst branch of chase bank. Slow service, only 2 people working on Friday :/ costumer service almost inexistent. I went there to open a business account and they told me that I have to go back in another hour when the bank was empty.

Asked to be helped with an LLC issue. The customer service rep didn’t know what to do. Then said he had “go to a Zoom meeting”. Left me sitting there for 10 minutes and I finally left. Horrible.

If you're money is in Chase Bank get it out now! After 10 years with Chase they have frozen my accounts, which they are closing - slowly - while holding my money hostage. They are telling me that I can no longer be a customer EVER with zero explanation. I've never so much as bounced a check! Get your money out while you can!!!

I signed up for an appointment in following with the new rules of I am to open an account or for any reason at all to ensure being able to get in and get the service I want. So ibdidbthwt the night before and answered all my questions in order to be prepared. Not only did the lady behind the desk just stare at the phone while I purposely called to see if it went thru but she ended it and just continued to sit at her desk. I did that because I called numerous times in the morning to communicate that I would be late and in need of postponing my apointment. However with no answer I was worried I would bit be seen so I had to leave my sick grandma alobe to quickly get there and I find the help mutibf and ending phone calls as they were coming in. The nerve. At the end it was all a waste of time because the specific ID that was approved the night before was all along never legit to use this wasting hours of the day, money and a upset stuff by being nauseous after withnessing the lazyness and unprofessional behavior of the lady who had the responsibility of opening a new account for me. Like I said it never happened which in actually thank ful now because knowing her with an intellectual level of a goldfish she would have without a doubt make a mistake anyway. So maybe it was a blessing that I was saved from. I'm still nauseous just by thinking and the nerve if her by being in a service ran career. I would have called for her job if I didn't feel bad for her kids not having any food at the table. But I would have atleast out her in the back making sure she is not seen. Disgusting. I'll be nice and leave out her name.
