I have called 8 different times throughout the last couple days but they haven’t picked up a single time. I work six days a week and can’t simply walk to the bank. This needs to be addressed by the manager of that branch location. If I cannot get into contact with the people who I trust to keep my money with, then I have no option other than to close my account.

CHRISTINA not so well with handling heavy workloads, when the branch is full she tends to hide in her office making it like she is busy.the branch never answers the phone witch is a big problem when the 1800 chase hotline is telling you to call them directly.

They never pick up the phone to answer any questions. 800 number for customer service insists that I need to contact the branch. I guess I'll pretend, that it's 1980s and go to the branch...

Visited today at the scheduled opening time and it was closed with a sign on the door which read 9:30A opening time. Ran an errand and returned at 9:35A, but it was still closed. A worker approached the door to state the back would open "in a little while". When pressed for a more specific time, she stated: "I don't know, maybe and 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour", check later". The lack of respect and sensitivity given the situation in NYC. I an elderly person trying hard to get all my critical errands in before it gets worse. This would never happen in an affluent neighborhood--outright disrespectful. It is part of an established pattern at this location. I must add, the tellers are great, kind, helpful and always respectful. Management needs improvement.

One of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Absolutely abhorrent. The teller Catherine Reyes is an extremely disgusting, unpleasant woman. No regard for manners or anything - really ghetto and crass. It’s no surprise that there are so much bad reviews about this branch. If you can avoid going there, you should.
