Both staff who helped me today were great, but I have to shout out Sheila for her help in getting my checking account set up. I moved to the U.S. yesterday so I was nervous it wouldn’t be possible without a SSN, but she led me through the whole process and explained which account would be best for me. Really recommend this branch.

You have to use your card to get into the building yet every time I come to go inside of chase at this location it never lets me in I go to chase in midtown and the Bronx I don’t have these issues please fix this ASAP!!!!!

The customer service here is horrible, the tellers are ok, the bankers that open new accounts don't care how long you wait, they do their own thing

By far this branch has to be the worse long lines & non helpful employees there are 4 ATM machines none of them dispense cash there are 4 teller windows with only 1 person working

I can somewhat understand why the restrooms are "not for customers," but there's absolutely no reason why a person in the middle of making a transaction at your bank should be denied access to use the restroom when they absolutely need to. I was about to make a deposit but couldn't because I was not allowed to use the bathroom. I was upset. I hope this isn't how Chase continues to treat its clients. I've been using Chase for eight years and never had a problem until that experience.

Needs more staff working. The people working there were really nice but doing ten jobs at once causing long waits.

Great service at this branch! So much better than the one on W 125 St. I was greeted at the entrance by a lovely and cheerful lady who called the appropriate person to help me and he did so within minutes and with a smile on his face too!
