Eric Kaz the manager and his staff are welcoming. Plenty of ATMs, Some newer electronic ATMs in the lobby.It’s nice to see a security guard here in the day and night time for security.

After experiencing identity theft, I navigated the procedures of three different banks and interacted with numerous representatives. Among them, Chase Bank stood out as the most commendable. I must thank Farhan and Oscar, who demonstrated genuine humanity. Their attentiveness and sincere concern greatly impressed me. Thank you!

My fiancé and I opened a joint account here today and it was such a good experience thanks to Oscar Pardo. Oscar was warm, friendly and so professional. He made the process very easy and his customer service was excellent. He is definitely an asset to Chase Bank! We will recommend Oscar and this branch to others. Thank you Oscar!

Ricky - your comment below is clown shoesThe security guards are in the lobby NOT to "intimidate" black people but to stop them from panhandling and harassing customers. By the time I have my card in the machine, an aggresive panhandler is 2 inches away asking me for $20. Should we have to live like this?

I'm not sure what it is about banks that seems to engender such tough reviews so I'll provide a boost for the staff with this review. On each of the last 6-8 visits to this branch, I have been cheerfully met with a "can I help you?" In addition, I have never had to wait in line for a teller and the assistance is always pleasant and professional. It is unfortunate that many other reviewers simply haven't shared this experience, but as I stated initially...there seems to be something about banks that just draw out the toughest reviews. One caveat, if this were about the 0.1% interest rates for savings accounts...please know that my stars would drop like heavy rain down to a review 0.1% stars BUT I realize that a local branch has no control over these aspects of banking so I won't fault them...and I certainly won't use them for that dimension of the business. So, these 5 stars were earned by the staff and the overall experience that I have had over time. Thanks.

This branch left a lot to be desired as far as customer service is concerned. I was served, once again, by Vivian, who, for the second time, made the possibility of a simple transaction more complicated than it needed to be. And gave me a small dose of attitude while she was at it. Forcing me to go to another branch. I cannot stand her. And chase really needs to put their money where their mouth is as far as providing friendlier customer service at this branch.

Machine ate a check. Things happen. Took over 20 minutes to speak with someone and the multiple people I spoke with seemed to have no clue about how to resolve something that doesn’t seem complicated. I am a Private Bank client but would definitely not use any of their product lines if they’re not organized around simple things like this.

It seems Chase Bank has an Security Guards standing by the ATM’s trying to intimidate Black People as we walk in to use the atm. A lot of microaggression there! Extremely uncomfortable! Way to go Chase! ✊?

This chase bank is not at all safe to withdrawal money from ATM bcoz at night time homeless people sleep inside the bank ATM n then they see u coming n ask money from u.. it’s scary. Even ATM was full of bad smell.They know nobody is there to see them. It’s homeless place to sleep. Even it was stinking bad sooo much I couldn’t stand at ATM. I will never go back again.

Extremely Poor service! We have a private banker due to the sum of $ that we save in this bank. However, we never get a prompt response and even the Branch doesnt answer the call for a straight 5 business days nor answer our emails!Think about investing your money elsewhere!

I would not recommend this location. Slow, and the manager had an unapologetic attitude toward getting me my money in hand. Goto the nearby branches for better service.
