Even though the floor was quite empty. The teller asked us to wait for a banker. And the wait wasn’t that long either. We were quickly called and helped by Mr. Rui Huan Chen. He was very calm and didn’t rush with the process of opening a new account. Also helped us with a few pre existing bank problems. Over all a very good experience!!

I've been here twice and it was both good, especially the girl today, who was very patient and nice. In fact, I really don’t like some employees who often speak English to us Chinese people. In fact, many aunts and grandmothers are not good at English, so they come to Chinatown, so there is no need to speak English, and the customers don’t understand, and they often speak... ok?! . . clear? ! I heard that many people from the older generation were speechless, but today YanYan wen, a Cantonese, is very attentive and detail-oriented and solved my problem. Thank you.

Mr. Victor Ng is the most responsible young person I ever met. He is so detail in doing his work and whenever I have any question about my business account. He will explain it to me thoroughly and I really appreciated Victor's work ethnic.

Stopped by to use the ATM for a quick cash withdrawal. There's one ATM outside on Canal Street and another room of ATMs around the corner on Mott Street. The ATM worked fine, but there were some folks lingering in the room of ATMs to get out of the rain that wasn't most desirable.

I am extremely unhappy with Chase bank today. Yesterday I took the time to learn and complete a wire transfer for a very important transaction but Chase without calling me canceled it and locked my account.Today, I had to to take the time to fix the mess that Chase created. What is the point of being a private client when the people in the back cause such mess without regard to the client? Today I am seriously considering taking most of my money out of Chase.And for sure I will not bring my retirement account to Chase despite the people in Castro Valley office being so nice and good.

I wish there was -(negative)5 * star (Chase at Corner of Canal and Mott) . 3 staffs standing around they get paid to doing nothing. All staffs are not helpful and with bad attitude. The worst customer service.Chase pays tons of money advertisement. Better spend that money on your employees, training and learn what means Customer service!!!

This Chase closed their ATM vestibule for Sundays so we ended up waititng 15mins for the single outside one to be available. Thanks for wasting my time, Chase.

This meant for CityBank... Chinatown Branch, discriminating Chinese Customers.... 2022, March 31: The teller told me that they woudl not accept cash anymore because Chinese people does not understand rules of USA? Really? When I asked if this apply to this branch only, she gave me a dirty look and said it is company wide. I think she is lying. What does depositing money into a national bank has to do with Chinese, especially in Chinatown...She is also a Chinese as well.Something wrong with the Brancha and its manger, who ever the d*** person's name may be.Citi Bank does not accept cash deposit, not even a dollar? Do they mean that USD is no longer legal tender? Last time I checked, the Bank is vioalting US banking regulations...

I went to this branch to update my information and get a new card. The wait was short, I was welcomed to the upstair office within 10 minutes. Maybe I was lucky and visited on the right time. The agent event contacted the credit card department on my behalf so I didn’t need to deal with it myself. He was polite and efficient. Other bad reviews here are probably about the tellers. I haven’t had a chance to interact with any teller, so can’t comment on that.

Worse chase bank EVER!!!! Could not even do a simple transfer from 1 chase account to another!!! They told me it's a system error after making me wait 15 to 20 minutes, moving me from 1 teller to another. Manager was called but looked just as confused.... I give this chase bank -5 stars!!!!!!!!! Now my account shows the money "pending" after saying nothing was taken out. Now I gotta call chase Corp to see where the money went.

I walk in to talk to this lady . And she has very bad attitude . She say check ur credit and she say is this ur address and than she write the address half way. I tell her write whole address . She is get little aggressive on her customer. Like bro if ur attitude is bad. don’t do this job. Ur not helping chase customers and ur are hurting them with your stupid attitude. Take your jobs seriously
