The security rushed me to order and was commenting about me to another customer, my latte tasted like I was drinking pure sugar, and employees walk around the seating area spraying febreeze. At least it was cheap, but if you want a decent experience with good coffee go elsewhere.

Never thought I would be saying this but my favorite cold coffee in all of NYC is in the capital one cafe. Verve flash brew you’ve won me over. I’m getting a capital one credit card solely to get 50% off of this heavenly

As a cafe, this place is great! Using a capital one card and bringing your own cup, you can actually get coffee and a meal here for $10, something I haven't seen in this neighborhood for 10 years or so. It's a block from Bloomingdale's, for crying out loud. Fast friendly service, and customers are generally good about sharing space, tables, wall outlets, etc. Lots of light, and the 59 street entrance is accessible (lex ave has stairs). Restrooms in the back, individual stalls, there's a code to enter (ask the staff, since they don't print receipts here).

Cool atmosphere but VERY expensive, I was charged $8.44 for a simple Iced Americano. Officially the most expensive non fancy coffee drink I've had anywhere in the world. It really soured the experience of visiting this cafe.

As a CapitalOne customer I was excited to try it out. However the last time I was in there the girl behind the counter was busy texting on her phone and acted inconvenienced when I asked for a croissant and had an overall unfriendly tone. Her communication skills were not what I would expect for a customer facing role. Not a pleasant experience.

Stopped into capital one cafe at 59th and lex today. One staffer put me in a nook. There was a sign on the nook that said "reserved," so I specifically asked if it was reserved, and she said not until later in the day. When I came back from getting a coffee a few minutes later, another staffer - who was also speaking to someone on her cellphone at the same time - told me that I couldn't sit there, as there was a workshop today. She did not seem to care that someone else on staff placed me there. She definitely spoke down to me. There was no other space available, and I felt super unwelcome, so I left. Such a bummer. I've been a capital one quicksilver member for over a decade and really wanted this to be a WFH location for me. The only silver lining was the honey lavender coffee, which is delicious.

When will American coffee shop baristas learn that YOU DO NOT BURN THE MILK IN CAPPUCCINO! You are not making hot soup! The milk should be warm not boiling!! Terrible baristas they destroy the cofee.

Been a Capital One customer for years, I finally stepped into one in the heart of the New York city. The ambience is well designed, and the menu is quite innovative. I ordered the " Turmeric Ginger Latte" and my husband ordered the "Honey Lavender Latte", and we both were delightfully surprised and really enjoyed it on a cold, wet winter day. ALSO, it's 50% off for Capital One card holders, nothing can beat that! :)

A real nice coffeeshop where you can get good quality lattes at an unbeatable price if you have a Capital One card. Paying with the Capital one card gives you 50% off drinks, which totals to $3ish for a large latte- an unbeatable price for a coffee of this quality in NYC! I came during the holiday season, and tried these drinks: - Pumpkin Pie Latte (seasonal): probably my favorite PSL that I've tried. It has a great, balanced flavor. Not too sweet, spicy or bitter. Really yummy. 5/5 - Spiced Cardamom Latte (seasonal): I love cardamom so I thought this would come up top. It's still a nice drink but the pumpkin one is better - Honey Lavender Latte: This is their cafe special. Also a nice drink Overall a good experience. There wasn't a drink I didn't like and especially at that price. They also sell pastries, bags of whole beans but those are not 50% off.

I love this place, in particular the Pumpkin Spice Latte, but today I had a bad experience to start with, the girl who served me didn't feel like serving me and she herself prepared my latte that didn't even taste like pumpkin, a horrible latte for the first time.
