absolutely "No" I had a very bad experience. I used this location yesterday on Oct 11(Tuesday) after the Columbus Day. This ATM machine took my Card! (didn't give me Back) I came back to the normal business hrs. I had horrible experience, 1st a woman said she's the manager but she wasn't. All the negative reviews must be right. please Go to Across the street chase! They'll make you Happy!

I went there for notary, no peoples in line , they didn’t took me without the appointment, I called after i left in 1 min and of course no one’s picked up the phone , im not surprised why this location has 2 star rating. Very unprofessional for 1 min notary.

Worst bank ever. Reviews dating from 4 years ago that there is one teller and a line of people, nothing has changed. Lazy managers leaning on the counters in the lobby not lifting a finger to assist customers in line.

One of the bankers insisted she needed to call the issuer of check when I wash cashing even though I had ID ultimately ending that job for me because the employer was psycho. I didn't appreciate being forced into that situation all because I wanted to cash a check that I worked hard for.

Do not use this branch or the ATM's they are completely unprofessional. I made a large cash deposit in the ATM that took the money and gave me an error. The bank manager was rude to me I waited over two hours to file a claim. They assured me that it would take up to two weeks to receive the money in my account. I waited 2 weeks and never received any follow up call. I decided to go to another branch to see what was going on. They told me that no paperwork was ever submitted to my claim and that it was denied. Now I went back to this branch and they said oh we have the paperwork here we are going to reopen the claim, with reluctance I said stuff happens. I wait one more week come to find out they never reopened the claim they lied completely. DO NOT BANK AT THIS LOCATION!!! You will be dealing with dishonest people who care more about taking a break for lunch rather then doing their job!!!

worst most obnoxious banking you can do. today i'm writing this review because i just spent 40 minutes to get my account balance. their app is continuously creating needless problems - card interruptions, needless password changes, finger print sign in works maybe 1 out of 10 times. hour long wait times, dropped calls w/ no callback. obnoxious fees. repeatedly setting up account alerts that magically disappear. and an ever-changing protocol that always seems to work in their favor. one month its this way - the next month another - but always a $35 fee. i pay 12$ a month in service fees - but what for, i have no idea. they don't send me account alerts, they don't protect me from overdraft fees. i waste so much time dealing with this bank - and their shitty automated phone system is maddening - its impossible to get a rep without jumping through endless hoops and the auto system is clearly lacking and can't understand english - "you want to speak to rep? what about?" i answer, they respond "i don't know what that means" me - so me me through to a representative ...'sure - what about?' - If you can't understand questions - don't Fing ask them!!!!! I would sooner keep my money under my mattress than give it to these fools.

I went here to close my accounts. The teller told me to wait for a banker to help me. I guess I got spoiled at TD Bank where it takes them only few minutes to help me, and couple employees always check I'm being helped in the meantime. Not in Bank of America. One of the bankers was helping another customer, and the other one was just standing around, almost in front of my face. I guess the tellers and 'bankers' just do not communicate here. It also didn't occur the banker to check on me, while I've obviously been waiting there. I had to approach him myself, only to receive poor customer service. He wasn't even able to help me. I wasn't happy (I just wasted all this time there for nothing) and asked him whether I could just call a number and close my accounts that way. He said no, I'd have to go to a branch to do that. - Well, somehow, I just called a number this morning, and cancelled the accounts. But, in the meantime, Bank of America managed to charge me $35 overdraft fee, which occurred overnight because their incompetent staff at this branch wasn't able to help me. I should have closed my accounts at Bank of America long ago.
