Amazing . The store is clean and the service is amazing . I went on a weekend and I thought I would be a long wait but to my surprise they help me with in 10mins time. The Apple representative were very knowledgeable about all my questions and were able to help me with my issue with in mins.

"I visited a store, didn't like the service at all, had to wait for a consultant for over 10 minutes, even though there weren't many people in the store. For example, on 5th Avenue, I was served in 2-3 minutes, and the same at the World Trade Center. As a result, my mood was spoiled and I didn't make a purchase."

I had to visit for service on my sons device. Although I don't own an iPhone I understand why people love their products. It all comes down to customer service and experience. If you look at many of the heavy hitters in any industry you're going to notice that this is the bread and butter of their business. Keep up the great work.

This is worse than a doctor appointment…Staff is super rude. They move you from one seat to another. There are idle individuals doing nothing… feels like they enjoy making you wait. Even if it is 30min past your appoint time. It wasn’t like this before. Pretty bad.

In general, most of my experiences with Apple have been overwhelmingly positive. This store is no exception and does not get too busy. I had a very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful person assist me with a few MacBook charger and accessory purchases. He also reviewed most recent MacBook improvements or revisions. I always learn something new or helpful and appreciate the Apple in-store experience. Even at their busiest, Apple customer care continues to impress me and keep me as a lifelong loyal customer. This location is also very accessible and near Chelsea Market.

I worked with Jim to setup my new iPhone, late Wednesday evening. He was so kind, patient and helpful during the process. He even gave me recommendations for food places nearby and cleaned my other devices while we waited. Highly recommended Jim if you can work with him!

ZERO STARS Will never do repairs again at this location! For starters they couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with my laptop after several diagnostic tests. Before I gave in my computer for repair, I asked the young man will my things be saved he replied let me check for you then said “oh everything looks good … You just need to sign back into your iCloud once you get your laptop back and everything will be there” … well I got my laptop back and everything is in fact NOT good.My files are missing and it seems apple does not care at all. Workers need better training and need to be sure of things before they tell people the wrong thing or even erase content. BE WEARY, next time I will go to the flagship 5th ave location.
