Alexandria has been the hair stylist for the last 10 years for myself , my husband and my children . We have always been pleased with our results no matter what we’ve asked for . She is extremely talented in her field and takes pride in her work . When we come to the salon , all the ladies are always polite and greet us with a smile as well as always willing to help with anything we need !

Requested style: I love the salon, I have went to Alex for a while and she always helps me choose what I want to be done with my hair. She has never steered me wrong and I always leave satisfied with every service I get done. All the ladies there are so nice!

Love this salon the environment is clean and beautiful. Everyone is very nice and you will get taken care of properly. I really like Alex. She always gets me on your schedule and she has done my hair for years. I will not go anywhere else. She is the best ! High recommend this salon.

I went in today to see if they accepted walk ins or if they had availability later today or another day. The person I spoke with was rude, abrupt, and she didn’t even look to see if there was any open appointments. Then when I asked her for a card, she told me, “I don’t have someone who can do your hair.” Ummmm. Isn’t that what you go to cosmetology school for? To learn how to cut/color/style all different hair types?
Needless to say, I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I know what kind of service they deem acceptable here.

Rude !!! That’s all I have to say and not helpful at all, I understand last minute availability isn’t always possible but when I asked for a business card it seemed awkward so I walked out and just said I’ll come by another time , I would think the place would want to make money and have customers come back at some point , customer service needs to be taught again here !

Before made appointment I always see ratings of the business, Salon Julie Diehl has five stars so it attracted me to come.I went there with my parents for their hair cut, and what I saw,; the hairstyle was in the wrong shape. She started cutting from below using the technique as unprofessional;everything were wrong. cut it so badly that I wanted to cry, my parents with such hair looked like they had typhus.

Brenda Kent is by far one of the best hair dressers I have used. I have been going to see her for a few years. All of the stylists at Julie Diehl Salon are great.

Love this salon!!!! Anni is the best!!! I requested an appointment online and the next day one of her girls called me and I didn’t know what I wanted but I know I wanted a change… I sent the girl pictures of my hair and it went smooth sailing after that… the next week she got me in and I let her lead the way and I love I mean how my hair turned out…. Thanks Anni I will be back again… the salon is nice clean professional and very friendly.Will recommend this salon!!!

I was looking at Amanda’s work on the Julie Diehl salon page and I was in “AWE” I knew I wanted HER to do my hair. So I sent a message to her and she replied right away. She booked me with in the next two days! Fast forward to hair day. We met we chatted…so funny we actually don’t live that far away from each other, must be meant to be we said, she is one of the the sweetest and friendliest people I have ever met. She definitely made me feel like a million bucks when I walked out of their salon. Beautiful results and I am sooo happy. I truly believe I finally found my hairstylist!
