First time visit to Utica HD and it was a great visit. Large inventory of Harley’s and was surprised by the alternative brands of power equipment.Staff was great during the visit!

I went to utica Harley to talk with Shane Gotto in service to see what he could do to my 16 year old sons sportster for bars pipes and to just go over bike, and he made him very happy, Great Job to Shane and the service dept, for making it a great experience for my boy you have a young happy customer.

Very professional and treat the customer with respect. Friendly and talkative. I was there longer than expected because of extra work that needed to be done and it was an awesome experience. Talked with other customers and everyone has the same opinion. AWESOME PLACE!!!

I bought a 2017 Soft-Tail Deluxe. I was so pleased with Greg and his staff. Jeff my salesman is top notch, made me feel like I was at home. I would recommend anyone looking for a HD to visit. Customer Service at its finest!!!!
