This store and the people that own it deserve negative stars. I always dread having to ship a package at this location. I honestly don't know how they are still in business and how corporate hasn't stepped in and shut them down. I've come across two different women who claim to be the owners. One more miserable than the next, no matter the time of day they act as if you're doing them a disservice for bringing them business. Even the most menial of tasks (Like scanning a package that I packaged and printed the label for myself) seem to be a problem for them. The inside of the store always looks like the last day of a fire sale at an Amazon warehouse - utter chaos doesn't begin to describe it. The line is always out the door because the people behind the counter couldn't possibly care less. On multiple occasions I've seen employees / owners / managers throw packages in the back into a pile on the floor....fragile stickers be damned. This store makes the DMV seem like Dave and Busters. Do yourself a favor, use FedEx at the Walgreens a block away or drive to another UPS location.

Employees seem to always be in a foul and dismissive mood. I asked to put a fragile sticker on my package and the employee slapped the sticker on the box so hard she could've broken the contents and then proceeded to throw the package onto a pile on the floor with other boxes and envelopes. Hopefully my package arrives in one piece, these employees seem miserable.

If I could rate no stars, I would. Rude customer service, always long lines and the store is always a mess! Absolutely disgusting. My last visit was horrible, and I will never return. They ripped me off of 3 lbs. of documents I needed shredded because of the long lines. Honestly, they were overwhelmed, and it was clear that the place was understaffed, and the employees could not keep up with the demand. Something needs to be done. Maybe I'll start my own pack and ship business and ensure an excellent customer service for all of my customers. FYI, the store front pictured on google is not at all the store in Vails Gate, NY.

Staff is always patient and helpful. But the location is small. Located on a tine strip mall, there is never enough parking with other stores sharing spots, need to be carful pulling out of parking. The store itself, is small. Poor employees are surrounded by boxes. Hoping the find a place larger, like across the street in the Shoprite center - more parking available. Otherwise, wonderful people.

Do NOT use this store. An extremely important time sensitive legal document was sent to me, delivered to this UPS store, signed by an employee. They claim they do not have it and do not know where it is... There are no managers and no support and all they can tell me is that the line is long please try again next week. This legal document is needed by tomorrow!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. The store is an absolute mess. They have packages thrown all over the store, on the floor, they step on packages behind the counter because there are so many on the floor that the pathway is blocked... The whole store is run by teenagers that are telling me there is no supervisor. Apparently this is NOT a UPS store, but rather a franchise which they believe exempts them from accountability. They make excuses to pass the blame. Extreme liability to my business. Then they expect me to pay a $5 fee for "holding" my package.... FIND MY PACKAGE.

A few friendly employees, had a PO Box for our business for a year. Stopped in each week to get a key, never received it. Came by to get mail, they lost it. All in all I would say dont send anything here if it’s important or valuable.

Daniel was absolutely AMAZING! He was so nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our shipping journey! We had lots of questions and took up a lot of his time, but he was patient and helped us get our packages where they needed to be. Great job Daniel wish we could give more than five stars!!

The woman there was very kind and very helpful. It was right after Christmas so the store was packed and she was still extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful with my return.
