Bad customer service. I emailed to get a estimate on some rims with chipping paint and some curb rash. Got an email next day asking for pics to give a more accurate estimate. 5 days later no response. Sent another email. 10 days later no response. Sent a 3rd email. Over 2 weeks now.

Not sure how this place relates to Empire_rim_fix but my rims were done at this address.Paint job looks good and except few chips wears ok. But there were few issues with the job and they did not/do not want to address it.Also place repairs cracked rims and does not disclose this information to the buyer.
