Rae of Light Yoga Studio has done wonders for our daughter who started yoga there at three years old. Always a calm and fun experience for our daughter. Her love of yoga will continue for years to come.

I teach there but I am also a student there. RoL has a fabulous set of instructors, all bringing in their own expertise in many different kinds of yoga. Yang then Yin with Jen is amazing! As well as Kundalini with Shayna.
