“Pet Supplies Plus was awesome is their prices cannot be beat compared to other pet stores especially wet food a lot of the employees there are extremely knowledgeable. I wish I would have gotten the name but my fiance and I have been having problems with finding food wet and dry that does not have chicken in it and we had one gentleman come up to us and he knew exactly which wet food did not have chicken in it at all like multiple wet foods and it wasn't just like one brand it was multiple Brands he knew had no chicken in it. Best believe we will back to Pet Supplies Plus again especially in New Windsor everybody there is friendly and as soon as you walk through the door they have a smile on their face. And they were extremely friendly to our six month old pitbull puppy they gave her all the Lovins that she needed.”

“Lovely small business in Beacon. We always stop by to get certain high quality items for the dogs in the family. Some of the items they carry are more expensive but it's what you expect for the natural and more locally sourced things such as antlers. The woman at the counter has helped us multiple times and is consistently very kind and helpful. The store is also clean and organized. They have a decent selection for small animals too which is unexpected for a smaller store. I would highly recommend this place.”

“I am so tired of people who do not go to this store regularly or even monthly, putting down the employees that work here. What you all don't know is that this employee you speak ill of is the owner. For shame on all of you. He is a good, quiet, and knowledgeable young man and has been in the Holistic Pet Nutrition for years. The people that have the audacity to mention his poor dead father, in reference to his style of running the store, are gross, rude, nasty individuals. I have witnessed people come in this store and receive great service and then see negative reviews online right after leaving the store, and that is bad manners. If anyone had a problem, I noticed that no one had ever mentioned it to him or tried to resolve any issue with him. You can't complain when you have not done the basic procedure of identifying the problem to him. As for his dog. The dogs he brings in the store are not violent. Dogs bark, but his dogs don't attack other dogs. If he feels there will be a problem, he will hold his dog so people can shop in comfort. I feel the people who complain about this store are just racist and entitled.”

“Annie has been amazing with my sweet pup Timbus! Coming up from Manhattan, I wasn't sure about boarding him out of the city... Annie changed that! She genuinely LOVES dogs. From the moment we spoke I knew I could trust her with my furbaby. It was so thoughtful of Annie to send photo updates, keep us updated on his eating, his play, etc. Will definitely be boarding with Annie again- even if we have to drive up from the city!”
