We lived here for over 2 years, our cars were registered with management, and yet every time they cleaned the parking lot multiple cars would get towed.No one ever knocked on our doors or we would get a notice the day of when no one was home.

The new management is terrible....i cut my hand on my apartment door because of broken pieces and went to the office to tell them and remind them the door needs to be fixed and this office manager was so rude she left me speechless . They claimed they fix the door but i have pictures of them just making the door worst and claim cant paint until its warmer ... Even a one year old wouldnt claim that door was fixed but ive realize there is no sense in trying to talk to them.... Also i have never lived anywhere else that they Constantly shut wateroff with no prior notice and always state its because there was an emergency .... Endless roaches whatever thing the pest control guy uses sucksWhen i got the apartment the girlin the office and maintenance guy was awesome but they fired them .... i think because they actually did their job

Be careful of the new management. Very shady property manager! When it's time to move be prepared for a hell of complications.

Out of all the Apartment complexes in New Windsoe Old Forge is the best followed by Knoxx Village. Old Forge is very picky about who they let in there and thats a good thing. There is also min salary\wage requirements to rent from them.
