“I had come to this location after realizing i probably shouldn’t do my own oil change since I’m not very handy when it comes to cars! I originally took my car to another shop (which i will not name out of respect for that small business) but they were super rude and told me my wait time was 30 minutes to 4 hour’s depending on when they can get to it. So i instantly left and took my car to Valvoline in New Windsor right around the corner and i wish i would have came here first! The whole staff was amazing and they got me in and out in I think it was 13 minutes and 16 seconds my technician told me! I was able to stay in my car the whole time and never felt pressured to buy anything even after they showed me my air filters and explained what services my car was due for. I even explained the situation to the manager after he came to greet me, about my experience i just had at the other un named place and he reassured me that I would be well taken care of and not to have any worries! I never write reviews, but after going from a terrible experience to this amazing experience I told the guys I’d write them a review because they really do deserve it. Thanks again to the whole team that helped me see you guys the next time my car tells me it’s time for an oil change!! HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone reading!”

“I tried the service center for the first time to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service desk was friendly and very professional and got me in and out quickly. The waiting room was clean and had a nice TV to catch up on the news. Parking near the service door is at a premium, but it was not an issue for me at the time. I would certainly use their services in the future. BTW, the showroom had a nice collection of used RS & SS Camaros.”

“I had an unfortunate circumstance, last week, when trying to exit the car wash, my car 'broke down' and wouldn't move. The manager, Adam, and another employee, Keith, were extremely helpful and persevered, using google, to figure out how to get the car into neutral and push it off to the side, until the tow truck came. I am extremely grateful to both for their help in a very stressful situation. Thank you Adam and Keith!”

“Mike and the Staff at this location do an awesome job. The wash itself does a great job too. The only carwash around to go to. Gotta keep the ride salt free during these harsh NY winters. So stop on in and get your car sparkly. I recommend the unlimited just stop in every time you drive by a wash. Keep up the good work.”

“Great place to wash yourself, has great pressure to get the grime off! Would have been 5 starts, but because a couple times I guess there was an issue with the knob, cause as I would change the selector knob from the wheel brush or foam brush to rinse, it wouldn't change right away, and didn't have enough time left to get all the soap off my car so, was annoyed by that. That was only 2 times awhile ago and still go there cause it has good Quality soaps, polishes and and pressure .”

“Absolutely love this place, i come probably atleast once a week to clean my car, as long as weather permits. The only reason its missing a star is because sometimes the change machines or vacuums are not working but they do have a lot. Also they are open 24/7 which is perfect since i get out of work late”

“The touchless wash bay has changed a bit. There's new sprayers that are much better than the old ones and now has changing led lights which look nice while getting your car washed. Price went up a bit as well.”

Monthly car wash plans are reasonable with 3 plans available, no limit on the number of washes. I literally came back twice in one day and had no problem.”
