Although a helpful associate eventually resolved my concerns, the experience left me hoping for a more streamlined and efficient visit.
Enter Anthony F. at the New Windsor location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, professional demeanor that immediately put me at ease. I had come to this location specifically to return a Wi-Fi router, as I had learned from my previous visit that not all Verizon stores handle this task. Anthony took care of my request promptly and without any hassle, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of Verizon's policies and procedures.
What truly stood out, however, was Anthony's exceptional customer service. He not only facilitated the return of my router but also took the time to address a few additional questions I had about my Verizon services. “I went to this local neighborhood Verizon store and have been going here for years! The store manager Mike has a wealth of knowledge and is truly a phone expert! My phone display was not functioning properly and I needed a new phone. Not only did he take care of it but was able to get the stuff off my old phone even though the display didnt work!”
