The absolute perfect experience in buying a bed. It starts and ends with the sales associate!!!
Alexandra is the best sales associate I’ve experienced in years. Knowledgeable, professional, experienced, personable… I could go on and on and yet she never made me feel uncomfortable or as if she was trying to make a sale.
I left there with a better bed than I was planning on buying and at less money than I imagined.
Drive an hour if you need to, it will be the best decision you could make.

Ernest was extremely helpful and guided me to the mattress that he felt would be best suited to me. I then confirmed it by lying on an in-store mattress similar to the mattress he had recommended. He was very knowledgeable in the different types of mattress construction (memory foam, inner spring, hybrid, etc.) and the comfort level afforded by each that can be expected for the individual user.

Steve at the Mattress Firm was sooo sweet! He was really knowledgeable about his mattresses and that was appreciated bc I had no idea as to what was what. I knew I wanted a cool mattress, I wanted a firm mattress and one that was not too $$$! He directed me to the perfect mattress and he was extremely respectful to my southern upbringing. That guy was the best!

This was our second time in the store this week and Steve recognized us right away while finishing up with another customer. Knowing exactly what we wanted, but with a Tuesday delivery (6/18), Steve checked inventory for the 2 models we liked. Fortunately both were in stock. We picked the one with lumbar support (as Steve described differences), and it’ll be delivered Tuesday. After all the success we were having, in the end, Steve provided free delivery (to Cornwall) and free removal of the twin its replacing. The overall buying process was efficient, informative and friendly.
We’ll be back I am sure for future mattress purchases and if Steve is our sales rep, that would be bonus!
