“I went to this place for years to fill up the tank and get some odds and ends while living here and driving off to school or work. Family that runs this place is really nice - they always say hello and they do remember you if you stop by a lot. It can be difficult to get in during peak times due to its premium location and with Amazon trucks coming in to fill up before their shift is over. Will miss this place and the family very much.”

“I had come to this location after realizing i probably shouldn’t do my own oil change since I’m not very handy when it comes to cars! I originally took my car to another shop (which i will not name out of respect for that small business) but they were super rude and told me my wait time was 30 minutes to 4 hour’s depending on when they can get to it. So i instantly left and took my car to Valvoline in New Windsor right around the corner and i wish i would have came here first! The whole staff was amazing and they got me in and out in I think it was 13 minutes and 16 seconds my technician told me! I was able to stay in my car the whole time and never felt pressured to buy anything even after they showed me my air filters and explained what services my car was due for. I even explained the situation to the manager after he came to greet me, about my experience i just had at the other un named place and he reassured me that I would be well taken care of and not to have any worries! I never write reviews, but after going from a terrible experience to this amazing experience I told the guys I’d write them a review because they really do deserve it. Thanks again to the whole team that helped me see you guys the next time my car tells me it’s time for an oil change!! HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone reading!”

“This is the same location as the old Hess. The staff here are courteous and friendly. The gas prices are very competitive and usually the lowest in town, tied with the QuickChek across the street. The inside of the store is always immaculate and is freshly mopped no matter what time I go in there. The shelves are always stocked, but the grocery selection is very minimal. There is a self-serve Dunkin Donuts within the store with coffee and fresh donuts.”

“I go to Cumberland farms at least 3 times a week because I enjoy their breakfast rolls and ofcourse their coffee. When I walk in most of the time they greet me. Last night I stopped in for a Diet Coke and I was looking to see if they had the sausage roll I was looking for, I noticed they didn't have any out and so one of the workers asked me what I wanted and he would help me. He found me my favorite snack and gladly warmed it up for me. As I said "Thank you" he said "that's my job, I'm glad I could help". This is just an excelente example of good customer service and I wanted to share. Thank you so much!”
