Whent for a trim and they shaved my entire head around, even showed a picture multiple times of what I wanted and they proceeded to shave me head instead. And absolutely ruined my hair. And I’m honestly questioning if my stylist had a problem with me or something to just make her in a bad mood that day but they weren’t even trying to cut my hair like it was in the picture. I’ve also decided to not go to the wedding I was going to because of how bad this haircut is.

I am not usually one for a negative review, bad days happen. But just left there frustrated at the lack of customer service. Been getting basic haircut here for a long time, over a decade. Typically quick, friendly, and efficient. Today I walk into a shop with 3 employees seemingly ready to take customers, not another customer in sight. Empty. Its 4:33pm and they say sorry, we are packing up. Door says open till 5pm. Website says 5pm. I cant imagine sending a paying customer away like that. Certainly does not make a repeat customer feel any sense of being valued. Time to find a new spot I guess....

I took my 3 kids here and they worked us in right away. Angela did a beautiful cut on my daughter's hair. Anna was wonderful with my 4 year old daughter, gave a quality cut, and convinced my disagreeable toddler to sit for his first much-needed cut. She did a great job distracting him with toys, conversation, the airplane chair, and put in the work to shape up his unruly hair. Was so impressed with this experience.

This established salon has many services to offer to everyone... Hair cuts and color, tanning options, waxing, and many more options available with a very friendly and professional staff on hand. The prices are affordable and there are seniors discounts available also. You can make an appointment but it's not needed. They cater to men, women and children of all ages. They are conveniently located next to the UPS store in New Windsor. Any questions they are a phone call away.

Horrible customer service. We walked in at 5:35 just requesting a trim for my son who has his class picture Thursday. The woman refused us as they close at 6.We have gone there before and really only liked one woman cutting our sons hair, but after today we will not return. They clearly do not know how to show appreciation for customers especially a young boy.I’m sure there business isn’t booming either, not a time to be refusing customers.Service: Haircut

I have been getting cuts monthly for a few years- style as good or better than my former place that closed, and at half the price. Friendly, attentive stylist, place is clean, quiet, cordial. For those piling on with one stars, maybe give them another chance? Drunk? Bad candy? Mewling quim? C'mon.
