I was referred to Esper jeweler back in January 2023, to have my silver earring fixed. The owner said could fix it and to give him two weeks, I call him to follow up on the repair and each time he tells me he’ll do it. Two weeks turned into seven months and my earnings are not fixed. He comes up with all sorts of excuses and have the nerve to tell me he has $50,000 worth of items since 1989 that he has fixed and people don’t pick them. What the hell does my earrings have to do with me. This owner is not professional he needs to close his business. Do not take your jewelry there you won’t get it fixed.

Went in to have my wife’s rings resized, had a great chat with the owner and learned a lot! He made a few expert adjustments and my wife’s rings fit perfect. Highly recommend for any jewelry needs.

I have had several items repaired by Ray the owner, including watch battery replacement, ring setting & sizeing and bought unique jewelry purchases. He has a wealth of information regarding repairs & gem knowledge. I consider him my personal jeweler. Outstanding.
